Abstract

Em um aspecto, um processo para produzir um material de partida sob uma forma granular e em um estado anídrico nanoporoso inclui obter um material de partida sob a forma de uma dispersão ou solução em um solvente sublimável ou misturas de solventes sublimáveis, formando gotículas graduadas por atomização, congelando as gotículas graduadas em um meio congelante em um índice de congelamento controlado de no mínimo 100°C por segundo para formar gotículas congeladas e secando as gotículas congeladas por sublimação a vácuo para obter grânulos secos por congelamento do material de partida em um estado anídrico nanoporoso. O material de partida sob forma de dispersão ou solução tem uma viscosidade adequada para atomização e formação de gotículas graduadas.
