Abstract

Se revelan un proceso para producir un material de inicio en una forma granulada y en un estado nanoporoso anhidro, un proceso para mejorar lasolubilidad en agua y características de liberacion controlada de un material detergente, y una composiciondetergente. En un aspecto de la presente invencion,un proceso para producir un material de inicio en una forma granulada y en un estado anhidro nanoporoso incluye los pasos de obtener un materialde inicio en una forma de una dispersion o solucion enun solvente sublimable o mezclas de solventes sublimables, formando gotitas graduadas medianteatomizacion, congelando las gotitas graduadas en un medio de congelamiento a una velocidad de congelamiento controlada de al menos 100*C por segundo paraformar gotitas y secar las gotitas congeladas mediante sublimacion al vacío para obtener gránulos secados por congelamiento del material de inicio enestado anhidro nanoporoso. El material de inicio en forma de dispersion o solucion tiene una viscosidadadecuada para atomizacion y formacionde gotitas graduadas.
