Claims (6)
- 噴霧機構部を介して乾燥室内に粒子化される原液を供給し、前記噴霧機構部から液滴状の前記原液を噴霧し乾燥させて乾燥室内に粒径が1~500ミクロンの乾燥粒体を得る噴霧乾燥装置であって、
前記乾燥室内から前記乾燥粒体の捕集部に向けて連結され前記乾燥粒体が常時排出されるラインに設けられ、且つ捕集される前の前記乾燥粒体の粒径を体積分布としてリアルタイムで監視する監視部と、前記監視部からの監視結果についての信号が入力される制御部とを設け、前記監視部での粒径の監視結果に基づいて前記制御部は前記噴霧機構部を通過する原液の噴霧状態についてリアルタイムで且つ連続的に帰還制御するものであって、前記監視部はレーザー回折法による前記乾燥粒体の粒径のデータを取得し、取得したデータの中から粒径の中心径を導くと共に、前記体積分布の分散についてもリアルタイムで計測し、前記中心径と前記分散を含む該リアルタイムの粒径分布と目標とする粒径分布の比較に基づいて原液の噴霧状態について帰還制御することを特徴とする噴霧乾燥装置。 - 請求項1記載の噴霧乾燥装置であって、前記目標とする粒径分布は、制御システムに記憶されたデータであり、過去の良好な生産ラインのデータを保存したものであることを特徴とする噴霧乾燥装置。
- 請求項1記載の噴霧乾燥装置であって、前記制御部は2段階の帰還制御を行うものとされ、初めに中心径が許容範囲内に収まるように帰還制御を行い、次いで粒径のばらつきが許容範囲内に収まるように帰還制御を行うことを特徴とする噴霧乾燥装置。
- 請求項1記載の噴霧乾燥装置であって、前記噴霧機構部は回転数を制御できる回転部を液滴状の前記原液を噴霧する際に用い、前記制御部は前記回転部の回転数を制御することを特徴とする噴霧乾燥装置。
- 請求項1記載の噴霧乾燥装置であって、前記噴霧機構部は圧力を制御できる圧縮気体を用い、前記制御部は前記圧縮気体の圧縮値を制御することを特徴とする噴霧乾燥装置。
- 請求項1記載の噴霧乾燥装置であって、前記制御部は、前記原液の供給速度、温度、pH値、固形分濃度、若しくは粘度を制御することを特徴とする噴霧乾燥装置。
