Abstract

1. Procedimiento para la pulverización electroestática de sustancias líquidas y secas (12) mediante boquillas pulverizadoras (3, 4) sobre productos de alimentación (2a, 1), que en caso de libre elección se acumulan sobre los mismos, con lo cual se forma un líquido de salsa, una emulsión o una suspensión de salsa (11), que se fabrica dentro de un homogeneizador (13) sin componentes fijos y se pulveriza separadamente de las sustancias secas (12), y con lo cual, por una parte, se explora, se supervisa y se controla la cantidad de los productos de alimentación transportados (2a) y la cantidad del líquido de salsa, emulsión o suspensión de salsa (11) así como por otra, la cantidad de sustancias secas, mediante dispositivos de pesado o de medición (9, 10) mediante una calculadora (16) en intervalos de tiempo establecidos, caracterizado por el hecho de que los productos de alimentación que están rodando libremente y que están congelados, representan verdura, carne, pescado, fruta, pastas, arroz, que son mezclados individualmente o a través de una instalación mezcladora continua y almacenados dentro de un contenedor para provisiones como mezcla y donde las sustancias secas presentan un diámetro de grano uniforme dentro del margen de 0,1 a 0,7 mm.
