제2도는 본 발명에 따른 양면 광디스크 제작용의 한쌍의 광디스크 반부를 이동시키기 위한 이동가능한 테이블의 구조를 도시하는 사시도,
제3도는 양면 광디스크 제작을 위해 사용되는 접착제 도포장치의 구조를 도시한 측면도,
제4도는 접착제 도포장치에 의해 접착제가 도포된 광디스크 반부를 도시하는 사시도.
Claims (4)
- 회전 도포 롤러의 외부 주변 표면에 적용된 접착제를 상기 회전 도포 롤러의 회전 접촉에 의해 이동시키므로써 한쌍의 광디스크 반부를 함께 접착시킴에 의해 형성되며, 상기 광디스크 반부는 그중의 한 반부가 상기 도포롤러와 회전 접촉되는 방향이 다른 반부가 상기 도포 롤러와 회전 접촉되는 방향과 교차하는 각도로 상호 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광디스크 반부는, 한 반부가 상기 도포 롤러와 회전 접촉되는 방향이 다른 반부가 상기 도포 롤러와 회전 접촉되는 방향과 거의 직교하는 각도로 상호 접착되는 것을 특징으로 양면 광디스크.
- 접착제를 적어도 한쌍의 광디스크 반부에 적용하는 단계와, 상기 광디스크에 적용된 접착제의 표면 불규칙성을 상쇄하는 방향으로 상기 광디스크의 표면에 평행한 평면내에서 예정각도 만큼 회전된후에 한 반부를 다른 반부에 접착시키는 단계와, 함께 접착된 상기 광디스크에 상기 광디스크가 상호 밀접되는 방향으로 압력을 적용하는 단계와, 상호 접착되고 상호 가압된 상기 디스크 반부의 외부주변을 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 광디스크 생산방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광디스크 반부중의 하나가 광디스크 표면에 평행한 평면내에서 다른 디스크 반부에 대해 그의 90도 회전된후 접착단계 동안에 다른 반부에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 광디스크 생산방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
