Abstract

본 발명은 광자기 디스크 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 기판의 양면에 그루브와 피트가 형성된 기판의 상부에 Al 반사막, SiN 유전체막, MO 기록막, SiN 유전체막 및 실 코팅막이 순차적으로 형성되고, 기판의 하부에는 상기 층들이 역순으로 적층된 것으로 구성된 광자기 디스크 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명의 마스터링 공정시 LBR 기록방법을 나타낸 개략도, 제4도는 본 발명의 사출 성형에 의해 제조된 광자기 디스크의 기판을 개략적으로 도시한 단면도, 제5도는 종래의 기술에 따라 제조된 광자기 디스크의 단면을 개략적으로 도시한 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 광자기 디스크에 있어서, 양면에 그루브와 피트가 형성된 단면 기판의 상부에 Al 반사막, SiN 유전체막, MO 기록막, SiN 유전체막 및 실 코팅막이 순차적으로 형성되고, 상기 기판의 하부에 상기 층들이 역순으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크.
  2. 광자기 디스크의 제조방법에 있어서, 마스터 유리상의 포토 레지스터를 레이저광을 이용하여 시계 반대방향으로 현상시켜 스템퍼를 제조하는 단계, 상기 스템퍼 2개를 금형양면에 장착하여 기판의 양면에 그루브 및 피트를 형성시키는 단계, 및 상기 기판의 양측면에 타겟을 걸어 상기 기판의 양면에 동시에 성막시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성막공정 중 양면에 그루브와 피트가 형성된 기판의 상하부에 동시에 Al 반사막, SiN 유전체막, MO 기록막, SiN 유전체막 및 실 코팅막이 순차적으로 적층시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 제조방법.
