Claims (25)
- 플로오로수지, 유리섬유, 유리 분말, 탄소 섬유 및 탄소 분말로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 한개 이상의 충전재, 및 포스페이트를 포함하는 미끄럼 부재용 플루오로수지 성형재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전재의 양이 1내지 40중량%이고 또 포스페이트의 양이 0.1 내지 15중량%인 성형재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전재 및 포스페이트의 총량이 40.1중량% 이하인 성형재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로수지가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인 성형재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스페이트가 Li3PO4, Li2HPO4, Li4P2O7, Ca3(PO4)2, Ca2P2O7, CaHPO4(2H2O) 또는 히드록시아파트인 성형재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전재가 유리 섬유 또는 유리 분말인 성형재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성형재료가 유리 섬유 또는 유리 분말 1 내지 40중량% 및 포스페이트 0.1 내지 15중량%를 함유하는 성형재료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성형재료가 유리 섬유 또는 유리 분말 5 내지 30중량% 및 포스페이트 3 내지 10중량%를 함유하는 성형재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전재가 탄소 섬유 또는 탄소 분말인 성형재료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 성형재료가 탄소 섬유 또는 섬유 분말 1 내지 30중량% 및 포스페이트 0.1 내지 15중량%를 함유하는 성형재료.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성형재료가 탄소 섬유 또는 탄소 분말 2 내지 20중량% 및 포스페이트 3 내지 10중량%를 함유하는 성형재료.
- 제1항에서 청구된 플루오로수지 성형재료를 압축 성형시킨 다음 수득한 압분체를 고온 건조시켜 수득한 미끄럼 부재.
- 베이스 부재로서 금속 막상 구조, 및 망상 구조에 충전되고 또 베이스 부재의 표면에 코팅된 제1항에서 청구한 플루오로수지 성형재료를 포함하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 베이스 부재로서 금속 망상 구조 및 망상 구조에 충전되고 또베이스 부재의 표면에 코팅되며, 또 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 충전재로서 탄소 섬유 5 내지 30중량% 및 포스페이트 0.1 내지 15중량%로 구성된 플루오로수지 성형 재료를 포함하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 플루오로수지 성형재료가 전도성 물질 0.1 내지 10중량%를 더 포함하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전도성 물질이 무정형 탄소 분말, 흑연 탄소 분말, 구리 분말, 니켈 분말 및 연질 금속분말로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 물질인 미끄럼 부재.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 금속 망상 구조가 규칙적인 망상 구조를 갖는 망상 금속판 또는 금속 메시인 미끄럼 부재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 포스페이트가 삼차 포스페이트, 이차 포스페이트, 파이로포스페이트, 포스파이트 및 메타포스페이트로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 금속 염인 미끄럼 부재.
- 제18항에 있어서, 포스페이트가 리튬 포스페이트, 인산수소 리튬, 리튬 파이로포스페이트, 트리칼슘 포스페이트, 칼슘 파이로포스페이트, 인산수소 칼슘 및 히드록시아파타이트로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 한개 이상의 포스페이트인 미끄럼 부재.
- 강철 받침판 위에 형성된 다공성 소결 금속층 및 다공성 소결 금속층에 함침되고 또 코팅된 제1항에서 청구된 플루오수지 성형재료를 포함하는 다층 미끄럼 부재.
- 제20항에 있어서, 강철 받침판 위에 형성된 다공성 소결 금속층 및 다공성 소결 금속층에 함침되고 또 코팅되며, 또 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 충전재로서 탄소 섬유 5 내지 30중량% 및 포스페이트 0.1 내지 15중량%로 구성된 플루오로수지 성형재료를 포함하는 다층 미끄럼 부재.
- 제21항에 있어서, 성형재료가 전도성 물질 0.1 내지 10중량%를 더 함유하는 다층 미끄럼 부재.
- 제22항에 있어서, 전도성 물질이 무정형 탄소 분말, 흑연 탄소 분말, 구리 분말, 니텔 분말 및 연질 금속 분말로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 물질인 다층 미끄럼 부태.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 포스페이트가 삼차 포스페이트, 이차 포스페이트, 파이로포스페이트, 포스파이트 및 메타포스페이트로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 금속 염인 다층 미끄럼 부재.
- 제24항에 있어서, 포스페이트가 리튬 포스페이트, 인산수소 리튬, 리튬 파이로포스페이트, 트리칼슘 포스페이트, 칼슘 파이로포스페이트, 인산수소 칼슘 및 히드록시아파타이트로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 포스페이트인 다층 미끄럼 부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
