Description
[特許文献1]特開平8−41484号公報
どを施して耐蝕性を向上させたものであってもよい。
PTFE(ダイキン工業社製の「ポリフロンF201(商品名)」)77重量%、簸性硫酸バリウム(堺化学工業社製)5重量%、SiO2/MgOが2.2の珪酸マグネシウム(協和化学工業社製)3重量%、メタリン酸マグネシウム15重量%をヘンシェルミキサー内に供給して撹拌混合し、得られた混合物100重量部に対して、石油系溶剤として脂肪族溶剤とナフテン系溶剤との混合溶剤(エクソン化学社製の「エクソール(商品名)」)20重量部を配合し、PTFEの室温転移点以下の温度(15℃)で混合し、樹脂組成物を得た。
実施例1において、表3〜表5に示す様に組成を変更した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、半径10.0mm、長さ20.0mm、厚さ1.05mmの半円筒状の複層摺動部材試験片を得た。
PTFE(ダイキン工業社製の「ポリフロンF201(商品名)」)74.5重量%、簸性硫酸バリウム(堺化学工業社製)10重量%、SiO2/MgOが2.2の珪酸マグネシウム(協和化学工業社製)3重量%、リン酸塩としてメタリン酸マグネシウム12重量%、固体潤滑剤として黒鉛0.5重量%をヘンシェルミキサー内に供給して撹拌混合し、得られた混合物100重量部に対して、石油系溶剤として脂肪族溶剤とナフテン系溶剤との混合溶剤(エクソン化学社製の「エクソール(商品名)」)20重量部を配合し、PTFEの室温転移点以下の温度(15℃)で混合し、樹脂組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様の方法で、半径10.0mm、長さ20.0mm、厚さ1.05mmの半円筒状の複層摺動部材試験片を得た。
実施例13において、表6〜表8に示す様に組成を変更した以外は、実施例13と同様の方法により、半径10.0mm、長さ20.0mm、厚さ1.05mmの半円筒状の複層摺動部材試験片を得た。
PTFE(ダイキン工業社製の「ポリフロンF201(商品名)」)66.5重量%、簸性硫酸バリウム(堺化学工業社製)10重量%、SiO2/MgOが2.2の珪酸マグネシウム(協和化学工業社製)4重量%、リン酸塩としてメタリン酸マグネシウム12重量%、低分子量PTFE〔ダイキン工業社製の「ルブロンL−5(商品名)」〕5重量%、固体潤滑剤として黒鉛0.5重量%、無機質充填材としてチタン酸カリウムファイバー(川鉄鉱業社製の「TIBREX−RPN(商品名)」)をヘンシェルミキサー内に供給して撹拌混合し、得られた混合物100重量部に対して、石油系溶剤として脂肪族溶剤とナフテン系溶剤との混合溶剤(上記実施例と同じ)20重量部を配合し、PTFEの室温転移点以下の温度(15℃)で混合し、樹脂組成物を得た。次いで、、実施例1と同様の方法で、半径10.0mm、長さ20.0mm、厚さ1.05mmの半円筒状の複層摺動部材試験片を得た。
実施例25において、表9に示す様に組成を変更した以外は、実施例25と同様の方法により、半径10.0mm、長さ20.0mm、厚さ1.05mmの半円筒状の複層摺動部材試験片を得た。
PTFE(ダイキン工業社製の「ポリフロンF201(商品名)」)80重量%と鉛粉末20重量%とをヘンシェルミキサー内に供給して撹拌混合し、得られた混合物100重量部に対して、石油系溶剤として脂肪族溶剤とナフテン系溶剤との混合溶剤(エクソン化学社製の「エクソール(商品名)」)20重量部を配合し、PTFEの室温転移点以下の温度(15℃)で混合し、樹脂組成物を得た。次いで、、実施例1と同様の方法で、半径10.0mm、長さ20.0mm、厚さ1.05mmの半円筒状の複層摺動部材試験片を得た。
比較例1において、表10〜表11に示す様に組成を変更した以外は、比較例1と同様の方法により、半径10.0mm、長さ20.0mm、厚さ1.05mmの半円筒状の複層摺動部材試験片を得た。

Claims (6)
- 硫酸バリウム5〜30重量%と、珪酸マグネシウム1〜15重量%と、メタリン酸マグネシウム1〜25重量%と、残部四ふっ化エチレン樹脂から成ることを特徴とする摺動部材用樹脂組成物。
- 追加成分として、固体潤滑剤を0.1〜2重量%含有する請求項1記載の摺動部材用樹脂組成物。
- 追加成分として、無機質充填材を0.1〜10重量%含有する請求項1または2記載の摺動部材用樹脂組成物。
- 無機質充填材が、チタン酸カリウム粉末、チタン酸カリウムファイバー、ウォラストナイト、アルミナ、炭化珪素、酸化鉄の群から選択された少なくとも1種である請求項3記載の摺動部材用樹脂組成物。
- 追加成分として、低分子量の四ふっ化エチレン樹脂を1〜10重量%含有する請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の摺動部材用樹脂組成物。
- 鋼裏金上に形成された多孔質金属焼結層の孔隙および表面に、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の摺動部材用樹脂組成物を充填被覆して成る摺動部材。
