Claims (5)
- 溶剤を含んだ樹脂組成物を裏金上に塗布後に加熱して溶剤を気化させ、又は裏金上に焼結された多孔質焼結部に含浸後に加熱して溶剤を気化させ、焼成することにより製造される樹脂被覆摺動部材の製造方法において、
前記溶剤の蒸気圧が室温時において0.5kPa以下であり、
前記溶剤を含んだ樹脂組成物を、前記裏金上に塗布する又は前記裏金上に焼結された多孔質焼結部に含浸する被覆工程と、
前記溶剤及び前記樹脂組成物を加熱する加熱工程と、
前記加熱工程で気化した溶剤を吸気し、液化させ、液化された溶剤を回収する回収工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする樹脂被覆摺動部材の製造方法。 - 前記加熱工程は、第一加熱工程と第二加熱工程とからなり、
前記第一加熱工程の処理温度よりも、前記第二加熱工程の処理温度が高く、
前記第一加熱工程の処理温度は、前記溶剤の沸点以上であり、前記第二加熱工程の処理温度は、前記樹脂組成物の主構成物の融点以上分解温度以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂被覆摺動部材の製造方法。 - 前記第一加熱工程及び/又は第二加熱工程は、急速加熱を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の樹脂被覆摺動部材の製造方法。
- 前記溶剤の沸点が150℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂被覆摺動部材の製造方法。
- 蒸気圧が室温時において0.5kPa以下の溶剤を含んだ樹脂組成物を裏金上に塗布後に加熱して溶剤を気化させ、又は裏金上に焼結された多孔質焼結部に含浸後に加熱して溶剤を気化させ、焼成することにより製造される樹脂被覆摺動部材の製造装置において、
前記溶剤及び前記樹脂組成物を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記加熱手段で気化させた溶剤を吸気し、液化させ、液化された溶剤を回収する回収手段と、を有することを特徴とする樹脂被覆摺動部材の製造装置。
