제1도는 본 발명에 따른 탱크 배출 시스템의 개략도, 제2도는 제1공기세척 과정시의 방법을 설명하기 위한 플로우챠트, 제3도는 다음 공기세척 과정시의 방법을 설명하기 위한 플로우챠트.

Claims (7)

  1. -탱크(4)와 접속되어 있으며 가스상태의 연료를 수용하기 위한 활성탄 필터(41), -활성탄 필터(41)를 통해 드로를 밸브(11)의 하류에서 흡입관(1)과 접속되어 있으며 세척공기에 의해 세척되는 세척관(44), -세척공기의제어를 위해 세척관(44)내에 있는 탱크 배출 밸브(42), -내연기관의 일정 작동상태시 공기세척 과정동안 탱크배출밸브(42)를 제어하는 제어장치(5), 내연기관에 의해 흡입되는 공기량을 측정하기 위한 공기량 측정장치(12)및 드로틀 밸브(11)가 설치되어 있는 흡입관(1)과 람다-조절장치를 구비한 내연기관용 탱크배출 시스템에 있어서, 활성탄 필터(41)가 공급관(45)을 통해 드로틀 밸브(11)와 공기량 측정장치(12)사이에서 흡입관(1)에 접속되어 있고 그것을 통해 세척공기를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크배출 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공급관(45)내에 있는 첵 밸브(43)는 흡입관(1)의 인출장소에 설치되며 활성탄 필터(41)의 방향으로의 흐름만을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크배출 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 활성탄 필터(41)의 부하에 필요한 흐름이 이루어지게 하기 위해, 바이패스관(47)이 첵 밸브(43)를 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크배출 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 활성탄 필터(41)의 부하에 필요한 흐름이 이루어지게 하기 위해, 첵밸브(43)가 폐쇄된 상태에서의 일정량의 누설공기를 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크배출 시스템.
  5. 내연기관의 시동후 제어장치(5)에 의해 탱크배출 밸브(42)를 제1공기세척 과정동안 개방시키고, 나타나는 람다-조절편차(dλ)및, 공기량 측정장치(12)를 통해 측정되는 세척공기량(Q)으로부터 세척연료량(K)를 활성탄 필터의 부하에 대한 척도러소 식 K=Q/d에 따라 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탱크배출 시스템의 작동방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 다음 공기세척 과정시 예측 세척 연료량(K)을 선행 공기세척 과정시 측정한 연료량(K)을 근거로 최후의 공기 세척 과정 이후의 시간(ㅿt)및 측정된 주변온도(Tu)으로부터 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 탱크배출 밸브(42)의 매 제어시마다 공기량 측정장치(12)에 의해 측정되는 공기량이 상응하게 변하는지의 여부를 체크하고, 측정되는 공기량이 변하지 않으면 에러신호가 발생되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탱크배출 시스템의 작동방버.
