Abstract
〔목적〕배기계의 리크를 검출하여, 리크에 의한 유해배기가스의 증가나 오진단 등을 방지한다.
〔구성〕리크검출수단에 의하여 배기계의 리크를 검출하고 리크를 검출한 경우에는 공연비 피드백 제어나 촉매 등의 진단을 중지 또는 보정한다.
〔효과〕리크의 장소나 양을 검출하고 그 결과에 따라 각종 제어나 오진 등을 중지, 보정할 수 있기 때문에 촉매의 과열이나 유해배기가스의 증가, 촉매 등의 오진단을 적절하게 방지할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예의 전체구성을 나타낸 도, 제2도는 리크검출수단의 일예를 나타낸 도, 제3도는 리크검출수단의 일예를 나타낸 도, 제4도는 리크검출의 플로우의 예를 나타낸 도.
Claims (17)
- 배기가스 센서와, 상기 배기가스 센서의 출력신호를 입력하여 배기계의 리크를 검출하고, 리크가 있다고 검출된 경우, 상기 배기가스 센서로부터 입력된 신호를 이용한 배기가스 속의 적어도 한 개의 특정성분의 연산을 중지 또는 연산결과를 보정하는 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 속의 적어도 한 개의 특정성분의 연산은, 공연비를 피드백 제어하기 위한 연산인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 속의 적어도 한 개의 특정성분의 연산은, 상기 배기가스 센서의 출력에 의거하고, 배기계의 설치된 배기정화장치의 진단을 하기 위한 연산인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 속의 적어도 한 개의 특정성분의 연산은, 공연비를 피드백제어을 하기 위한 연산 및 상기 배기가스 센서의 출력에 의거하여 배기계에 설치된 배기정화 장치의 진단을 하기 위한 연산인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 한 개항에 있어서, 배기가스 속의 특정성분은, 산소성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 제어장치.
- 배기계를 흐르는 배기가스의 상태를 검출하는 배기가스 센서와, 리크를 검출하는 리크검출수단과, 리크검출수단에 의하여 리크가 있다고 검출된 경우, 내연기관의 배기가스에 관련된 운전파라미터를 조정하는 배기제어용 피드백 제어를 중지, 또는 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 배기계를 흐르는 배기가스의 상태를 검출하는 배기가스 센서와 리크를 검출하는 리크검출수단과 리크검출수단에 의하여 리크가 있다고 검출된 경우, 배기계에 설치된 배기정화장치의 배기가스성분검출을 중지 또는 검출치를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 배기계를 흐르는 배기가스의 상태를 검출하는 배기가스 센서와 리크를 검출하는 리크검출수단과 리크검출수단에 의하여 리크가 있다고 검출된 경우, 내연기관의 배기가스에 관련된 운전파라미터를 조정하는 배기제어용 피드백 제어 및 배기가스 성분검출을 중지 또는 검출치를 보정하는 보정수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제6항 내지 8항 중 한 개항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 센서는 배기가스 속의 산소성분을 검출하는 특정성분검출센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 조정수단은, 상기 특정성분 검출수단의 출력에 의하여 내연기관에 공급하는 연료의 양을 조정함으로써 공연비를 피드백 제어하는 공연비 피드백 제어수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제6항 내지 8항 중 한 개항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 센서는 배기가스에 관한 온도를 검출하는 온도검출센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제7항 내지 11항 중 한 개항에 있어서, 배기정화장치 진단수단은, 상기 배기계에 설치된 촉매의 진단을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제6항 내지 11항에 있어서, 배기정화장치수단은, 상기 배기가스 센서진단을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제6항 내지 13항 중 한 개항에 있어서, 상기 리크검출수단은, 특정의 운전상태를 검출하는 특정운전상태검출수단과, 상기 배기가스 센서의 출력으로 이루어지는 리크를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 리크검출수단은, 상기 배기가스 센서의 출력의 연소주기에 관한 주파수성분에 의하여 리크를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 리크검출수단은, 촉매전후의 상기 배기가스 센서출력을 촉매가 활성화하기 전과 비교함으로써 리크를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 제어장치.
- 제6항 내지 14항중 한 개항에 있어서, 상기 리크검출수단에 의하여 리크를 검출한 경우, 리크의 발생을 기억 및 또는 운전자에게 경고를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
