Claims (17)

  1. 도전성 탄소 지지체위에 지지되어 있는 백금의 합금으로 구성되어 있으며 백금함량은 20 내지 60중량%의 범위이고 합금의 ECA는 35㎡/g Pt이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기촉매 물질.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 합금원소는 IVB, VIB, VIIB, VIII, IB 및 IIIA족들로 부터 선택된 하나 또는 둘이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 합금원소가 Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Ga, Zr 및 Hf중의 하나 또는 둘이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 합금원소가 Cr, Mn, Co 및 Ni중의 하나 또는 둘이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  5. 제 1항 내지 4항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 촉매의 BET 표면적이 1,000㎡/g이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 촉매의 BET 표면적이 300㎡/g이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 촉매의 BET 표면적이 120㎡/g이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  8. 제 1항 내지 7항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, Pt대 합금원소(들)의 원자비는 80:20 내지 20:80의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, Pt대 합금원소(들)의 원자비는 65:35 내지 35:65의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, Pt대 합금원소(들)의 원자비는 50:50 인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  11. 제 1항 내지 9항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 백금금속의 함량은 20 내지 45중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  12. 제 1항 내지 10항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 합금의 ECA는 40㎡/g Pt이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  13. 기본용액으로부터 백금 및 하나 또는 그 이상의 합금원소의 화합물을 도전성 탄소 전기촉매 지지체위에 퇴적시켜 총백금퇴적량이 20 내지 60중량%가 되게하고, 화합물을 갖고 있는 지지체를 환원 및 열처리하여 ECA가 백금 g당 35㎡이상인 백금 및 적어도 하나의 다른 원소의 합금을 얻는 것으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 내지 12항중의 어느 한항에 의한 전기촉매물질의 제조방법.
  14. 제 13항에 있어서, 화합물을 물에 용해시켜 수성의 염기성 탄소 슬러리에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제 1항 내지 12항중의 어느 한항에 의한 전기촉매물질로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료.
  16. 제 15항에 의한 촉매화 전극을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료.
  17. 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 촉매화 전극이 캐소드이고 전해질은 인산인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
