Claims (13)

  1. 하기 일반식 I 화합물:
    식에서, Z는 산소 또는 황 원자를 나타내고; R1은 수소 또는 할로겐 원자 또는 알킬 또는 할로알킬기를 나타내고; R2는 수소원자 또는 알킬기를 나타내고; q는 0또는 1이고; R3는 수소 원자 또는 알킬 또는 알케닐기를 나타내고; X기 또는 각각의 X기는 독립적으로 할로겐 원자 또는 임의 치환된 알킬 또는 알콕시기, 또는 알케닐옥시, 니트로, 알킬티오, 할로알킬티오, 알케닐티오, 알키닐티오, 알킬술피닐, 알킬술포닐, 알킬옥시이미노알킬 또는 알케닐옥시이미노알킬기를 나타내고; n은 0 또는 1 내지 5의 정수이고; Y기 또는 각각의 Y기는 독립적으로 할로겐 원자 또는 알킬, 니트로, 시아노, 할로알킬, 알콕시 또는 할로알콕시기를 나타내고; m은 0 또는 1 내지 5의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Z가 산소원자를 나타내는 일반식 I 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 수소원자를 나타내는 일반식 I 화합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 한 항에 있어서, q는 0이거나, q는 1이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내는 일반식 I화합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 한 항에 있어서, n은 0이거나, n이 1또는 2이고, X기 또는 각각의 X기는 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, C1-4알콕시기, C1-4알킬기, 할로(C1-4)알킬기, 할로(C1-4)알콕시기, 니트로기, C1-4알케닐옥시기, C1-4알킬티오기, C1-4알킬술포닐기, (C1-4알킬)옥시이미노 (C1-4알킬)기, 또는 시아노기를 나타내는 일반식 I화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 한 항에 있어서, n은 1이상이고, 한치환체 X는 3위치에 있고, X는 불소, 염소 또는 브롬원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸, 시아노, 트리플루오로메톡시 또는 에틸기인 일반식 I 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 한 항에 있어서, m은 0이거나; m은 1이고; Y기는 팔로겐원자, 또는 사노, 메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸기를 나타내거나, m은 2또는 3이고 하나이상의 Y는 할로겐 원자인 일반식 I 화합물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 한 항에 있어서, R3는 수소원자 또는 메틸, 에틸 또는 알킬기를 나타내는 일반식 I 화합물.
  9. 제6항, 7항 및 8항중 한 항에 있어서, Xn은 3-트리플루오로메틸 또는 3-시아노 치환체를 나타내고; m은 0이거나, m는 1또는2이고, Y기 또는 각각의 Y는 불소원자이며; R3는 수소워나 또는 메틸기를 나타내는 일반식 I 화합물.
  10. Z가 산소원자를 나타내는 일반식 I 화합물을 하기 일반식 Ⅱ 화합물을 하기 일반식 Ⅲ 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 제조하거나:
    (식에서, Xn, R1,R2,R3,q 및Ym은 제1항에 정의한 바와같고, L은 이탈기를 나타냄);Z가 산소원자를 나타내는 일반식 I 화합물을 하기 일반식 Ⅳ화합물을 하기 일반식Ⅴ화합물과 반응시킴으로써 제조하고:
    (식에서, R1,R2,R3,q,Ym및 Xn은 제1항에 정의한 바와 같으며, Hal은 할로켄 원자를 나타내고, R은 알칼리금 속원자를 나타냄): 임의로 결과 생성의 일반식 I화합물을 다른 일반식 I화합물로 전환시키는, 제1항에 청구된 바와 같은 일반식 I 화합물의 제조방법.
  11. 하나이상의 담체와 함께 제1항 내지 9항중 한 항에서 청구된 바의 화합물로 구성되는 제조 조성물.
  12. 로쿠스를 제1항 내지 9항중 한 항에서 청구된 바의 화합물, 또는 제11항에서 청구된 바의 조성물로 처리함으로 구성되는, 상기 로쿠스에서 바람직하지 않은 식물 생장을 방제하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 9항중 한 항에서 청구된 바의 화합물, 또는 제11항에서 청구된 바의 조성물의 제초제로서의 이용.
