Abstract
본 발명은 공업용 재료를 보호하기 위한 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 티오세미카바자이드의 용도, 및 신규한 티오세미카바자이드, 그의 제조방법 및 재료 보호 및 식물 보호에 있어서의 살미생물체로서의 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 명세서에 기재된 바와 같다.

Claims (10)
- 공업용 재료를 보호하기 위한 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그의 금속염 착물 및 산부가염의 용도.상기식에서,R1및 R2는 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 수소, 알킬, 알콕시, 티오알킬, 할로겐, 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노티오알킬을 나타내거나, 함께 벤젠 또는 시클로알킬환을 형성하고, R3는 수소, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴 , 아르알킬, 헤트아릴 또는 헤트아르알킬을 나타내며, R4는 SR5, NR6R7또는 OR5그룹을 나타내고, 여기에서, R5는 알킬, 시클로알킬, 시클로알케닐, 아르알킬 또는 아릴을 나타내며, R6및 R7은 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 수소, R5또는 -CH2-R3그룹을 나타내거나, 질소원자와 함께는 포화되거나 불포화된 임의로 치환된 헤테로사이클을 형성한다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,R1및 R2가 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐,C1-C6-알킬, -알콕시, -티오알킬, -할로게노알킬, -할로게노알콕시 또는 -할로게노티오알킬을 나타내거나, 함께 벤젠, 시클로펜탄 또는 시클로헥산환을 형성하고, R3는 수소, C1-C10-알킬, C3-C8-시클로알킬, 페닐, 나프틸, 벤젠, 피리딜, 피리미딜, 티에닐, 푸르푸릴 또는 피릴을 나타내며, R4는 SR5,NR6R7또는 OR5그룹을 나타내고, 여기에서 R5는 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C8-시클로알킬, C3-C8-시클로알케닐, 벤질 또는 페닐을 나타내며, R6및 R7은 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 수소, R5또는 -CH2-R3그룹을 나타내거나, 질소 원자와 함께는 추가의 질소, 황 및/또는 산소원자에 의해 임의로 차단되고 알킬 그룹에 의해 임의로 일치환되거나 이치환된, 포화 또는 부분-불포화된 5 내지 7원환을 형성하는 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서,R1및 R2가 서로 독립적으로 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 트리플루오로메톡시를 나타내고, R3는 수소, 메틸, 에틸, n- 및 i- 프로필, n-, i-, s- 및 t-부틸 및 임의로 치환된 시클로펜틸, 시클로헥실, 시클로헵틸, 시클로프로필, 페닐, 나프틸, 벤질, 피리딜, 피리미딜, 티에닐, 푸르푸릴 또는 피릴을 나타내며, R4는 SR5, NR6R7또는 OR5그룹을 나타내고, 여기에서 R5는 메틸, 에틸, n- 및 i- 프로필, n-, i-, s- 및 t-부틸, 시클로프로필, 시클로부틸, 시클로펜틸, 시클로헥실, 벤질 또는 페닐을 나타내며, R6및 R7은 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 수소, R5또는 -CH2-R3그룹을 나타내거나, 질소 원자와 함께는 하나 또는 두 개의 메틸그룹에 의해 임의로 치환된 피롤리딘, 피롤린,옥사졸리딘, 옥사졸린, 이소옥사졸리딘, 이소옥사졸린, 피라졸린, 피라졸딘, 이미다졸리딘, 이미다졸린, 트리아졸리딘, 트리아졸린, 피페리딘, 모폴린, 티오모폴린, N-메틸피페라진 또는 피페라진환을 형성하는 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
- 일반식 (Ia)의 티오세미카바자이드 및 그의 금속염 착물 및 산부가염.상기식에서, R1,R2,R4는 제 1항내지 3항에 언급된 의미를 가지며, RS'는 시클로알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬, 헤트아릴 또는 헤트아르알킬을 나타낸다.
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 하이드라존을 용매의 존재하에 나트륨보로하이드리드로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하여 제4항에 따른 일반식 (Ia)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1,R2,R3'및 R4는 상기 언급한 의미를 갖는다.
- 제 4항에 따른 일반식(Ia)의 티오세미카바자이드를 적어도 하나 함유함을 특징으로 하는 농약.
- 해충을 구제하기 위한 제 4항에 따른 일반식(Ia)의 티오세미카바자이드의 용도.
- 제 4항에 따른 일반식(Ia)의 티오세미카바자이드를 해충 및/또는 그들의 환경에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하여 해충을 구제하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 따른 일반식(Ia)의 티오세미카바자이드를 중량제 및/ 또는 계면활성제와 혼합물을 특징으로 하여 농약을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 따른 일반식 (I) 또는 (Ia)의 티오세미카바자이드를 적어도 하나 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 공업용 재료를 보호하기 위한 살미생물체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
