Claims (32)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물에 작용시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에 상응하는 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 얻고, R이 수소가 아닐 때 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 히드라진과 반응시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 얻고 필요하다면 얻어진 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 산과 반응시켜 그것의 염으로 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 뿐만 아니라 그것의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.

- 상기 식에서, Ar은 OH기, 할로겐원자, NO2및 CN 그룹으로 구성된 하나 또는 그 이상의 그룹에 의해 가능하게 치환된 폴리시클릭 또는 모노헤테로-방향성기, 다음의 기들,

- (여기서 각각의 R1,R2,R3,R4,R5및 R6는 같거나 다르며 수소원자, 1 내지 8 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬기를 나타냄), R1및 OR8기, (여기서 R7및 R8은 하나 또는 그 이상의 할로겐 원자 또는 시아노기로 가능하게 치환된 8 탄소원자까지 함유한 직쇄 또는 측쇄, 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기를 나타냄),
- (여기서 Z는 할로겐원자, 8 탄소원자까지 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄, 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기 또는 2 내지 8 탄소원자 함유 아실기를 나타냄) NHCOR11, SO2R2, SO3R13기(여기서 R9,R10,R11,R12및 R13은 1 내지 8 탄소원자 함유 알킬기를 나타냄), CO2R14기(여기서 Z은 수소원자 또는 1 내지 8탄소원자 함유 알킬기) 6 내지 14탄소원자 함유 아릴기, -CH2-CN 또는 -CH2-SO2-R15그룹(여기서 R15는 1 내지 8 탄소 원자 함유 알킬기 또는 1 내지 8 탄소원자 함유알킬기로 가능하게 치환된 6 내지 14탄소원자 함유 아릴기를 나타냄) 및 -OR16그룹을 나타내며, (여기서 R16은 1 내지 8 탄소원자 함유 알킬기, 할로겐원자 또는 NO2기로 가능하게 치환된 6 내지 14 탄소원자 함유 아릴기를 나타냄), Ar의 치환기들은 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택한 가능하게 하나 또는 그 이상의 헤테로 원자함유 고리를 가능하게 형성할 수 있는 것이며, 단 여기서 Ar은 2,3 또는 4 위치에 메틸기로, 2 또는 4 위치에 니트로기, 2,3 또는 4 위치에 염소원자로 4 위치에 브롬원자로, 4 위치에 CF3기로 단일치환된, 페닐기도 나타내지 않고 불치환된 페닐기도 나타내지 않고, 2 위치에 니트로기로, 그리고 4 위치에 CF3기 또는 니트로기로 또는 2 및 6 위치에 니트로기로 치환된 페닐기도 나타내지 않고, 2,4 및 6 위치에 니트로기로 또는 2 및 4위치에 니트로기로, 그리고 6 위치에 기로삼치환된 페닐기도 나타내지 않으며, Hal은 할로겐원자를 나타내고 R은 수소원자 또는 두개의 R이 프탈이미도잔사를 형성한다.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 생성물의 R이 수소원자를 나타낼 때 일반식(Ⅱ)의 생성물은 Hal이 불소 또는 브롬원자를 나타내는 것이 이용되며 ; -필요하다면 예를 들어 염산염과 같은 히드록실아민의 염은 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨 또는 암코올레이트와 같은 강염기의 존재하에 알콜 또는 히드로알코올 매질 중의 용액으로 Ar-Hal 화합물과 반응시키게 하며 ; -필요하다면 R기가 프탈이미도기를 형성하는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물은 수소화나트륨 또는 수소화칼륨과 같은 강염기와 반응시키고 그 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나 더욱 예를 들어 트리에틸아민 또는 피리딘과 같은 3급 아민의 존재하에 아세토니트릴과 같은 불활성 용매 중에서 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 직접 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)에 상응하는 화합물을 얻고 필요하다면 산과 반응시켜 그것의 염으로 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그것의 염의 제조방법.

- 상기식에서 Ar은 상기한 바와 같다.
- 상기 1 내지 3항의 방법에 있어 Ar은 하기하는 Ar'와 같은 정의를 갖는 상기 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 화합물을 출발물질로 하는 다음 일반식(ⅠA)에 상응하는 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그것의 염의 제조방법.

- 상기 식에서 Ar'은 OH기, 할로겐원자, NO2및 CN 그룹으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택한 하나 또는 그 이상의 기로 가능하게 치환된 모노 또는 폴리시클릭 방향성 또는 헤테로-방향성기, 다음의 기들,

- (여기서, R1,R2,R3,R4,R5및 R6는 같거나 다르며, 수소원자 또는 1-8 탄소원자 함유 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬기를 나타냄) R7및 OR8기, (여기서 R7및 R8은 하나 또는 그 이상의 할로겐 원자로 가능하게 치환된 8 탄소원자까지 함유된 포화 또는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬기를 나타냄),기, (여기서 Z는 수소원자, 8 탄소원자까지 함유 포화 또는 불포화 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬기 또는 측쇄알킬기 또는 2 내지 18 탄소원자 함유아실기를 나타냄) NHCOR11, SO2R12, SO|3R13기(여기서 R9,R10,R11,R12및 R13은 1 내지 8 탄소원자 함유 알킬기를 나타냄), CO2R14기, (여기서 R14는 수소원자 또는 1 내지 8 탄소원자 함유 알킬기를 나타냄) 및 아킬기를 나타내며, Ar의 치환기는 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택한 가능하게 하나 또는 그 이상의 헤테로 원자함유 고리를 형성하는 것이 가능할 수 있고, 단 여기서 Ar'은 2,3 또는 4위치에 메틸기로, 2 또는 4위치에 니트로기, 3 또는 4위치에 염소원자로, 4위치에 브롬원자로 또는 4 위치에 CF3기로 단일치환된 페닐기나 불치환된 페닐기를 나타내지 않고, 2위치에 니트로기로 그리고 4위치에 CF3기 또는 니트로기로 이치환 또는 2 및 6 위치에 니트로기로 이치환된 페닐기를 나타내지 않고 2,4 및 6 위치에 니트로기로 또는 2 및 4 위치에 니트로기 및 6 위치에 CF3기로 삼치환된 페닐기를 나타내지 않는다.
- 상기 4항에 있어, Ar이 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 화합물이 출발물질로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 4 또는 5항에 있어, 적어도 하나의 치환기는 니트로로서 Ar이 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 화합물이 출발물질로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 4 또는 5항에 있어, 적어도 하나의 치환기는 파라위치에 염소원자로서 Ar이 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 화합물이 출발물질로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 5,6 또는 7항에 있어, Ar은 2위치에 니트로기로, 그리고 4 위치에 염소원자로 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 화합물이 출발물질로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 5 또는 6항에 있어, Ar은 4위치에 니트로기로 그리고 3 위치에 1-8탄소원자 함유 알콕시기로 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 화합물이 출발물질로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 5 또는 6항에 있어, Ar은 4위치에 니트로기로, 그리고 2 위치에 1-8탄소원자 함유 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬로 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 화합물이 출발물질로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 4항에 있어, Ar이 다음 치환기로 가능하게 치환된 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 화합물을 출발물질로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
