PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE DERIVADOS DE DIHIDROPIRIDINA, DE FORMULA (I), EN QUE R1 Y R2 SON HIDROGENO, ALQUILO, HALOGENO Y OTROS; R3 HIDROGENO, ALQUILO, FENILO O BENCILO; R4 HIDROGENO O ALQUILO; R5 Y R6 ALQUILO, FENILO O BENCILO. SE BASA EN LA REACCION DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II), EN QUE R10 ES UN GRUPO ALQUILO, O DE UNA SAL DEL MISMO CON UNA AMINA DE FORMULA (III), EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO POLAR E INERTE FRENTE A LOS PRODUCTOS EN REACCION A LA TEMPERATURA DE REFLUJO DEL DISOLVENTE. EL PRODUCTO FINAL SE OBTIENE EN FORMA DE BASE LIBRE. EVENTUALMENTE, SE PREPARA LA SAL DE ADICION DE ACIDO DEL COMPUESTO POR REACCION CON UN ACIDO ADECUADO.
