Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 테트라졸리논 및 제초제로서의 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1은 치환될 수 있는 알킬, 할로알킬, 사이클로알킬, 알케닐, 할로알케닐, 알키닐 또는 페닐이고, R2는 치환될 수 있는 알킬, 할로알킬, 사이클로알킬, 알케닐,할로알케닐, 알키닐 또는 페닐이거나, R1및 R2는 R1및 R2가 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 5- 또는 6-원 헤테로사이클릭 환을 형성할 수 있으며, 여기에서 헤테로사이클릭 환은 벤조융합될 수 있고, 하나 또는 그 이상의 C1-4알킬에 의해 치환될 수 있으며, R3는 니트로, 할로겐, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕시, 할로알콕시, 알킬티오 또는 페녹시이고, n은 0,1,2 또는 3의 정수이며, n이 2 또는 3인 경우, R3는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피리딜테트라졸리논 유도체.
    상기 식에서, R1은 치환될 수 있는 알킬, 할로알킬, 사이클로알킬, 알케닐, 할로알케닐, 알키닐 또는 페닐이고, R2는 치환될 수 있는 알킬, 할로알킬, 사이클로알킬, 알케닐,할로알케닐, 알키닐 또는 페닐이거나, R1및 R2는 R1및 R2가 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 5- 또는 6-원 헤테로사이클릭 환을 형성할 수 있으며, 여기에서 헤테로사이클릭 환은 벤조융합될 수 있고, 하나 또는 그 이상의 C1-4알킬에 의해 치환될 수 있으며, R3는 니트로, 할로겐, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕시, 할로알콕시, 알킬티오 또는 페녹시이고, n은 0,1,2 또는 3의 정수이며, n이 2 또는 3인 경우, R3는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 C1-5알킬, C1-5할로알킬, C3-8사이클로알킬, C2-6알케닐, C2-6할로알케닐, C3-6알키닐 또는 페닐이고, R2는 C1-6알킬, C1-6할로알킬, C3-8사이클로알킬, C2-6알케닐, C2-6할로알케닐, C3-6알키닐 또는 페닐이거나, R1및 R2는 R1및 R2가 결합된 질소원자와 함께 5- 또는 -6원 헤테로사이클릭 환을 형성할 수 있고, 여기에서 헤테로원자는 질소 원자, 산소 원자 및 황 원자로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되며, 헤테로사이클릭 환은 벤조융합될 수 있고, 하나 또는 그 이상의 메틸에 의해 치환될 수 있으며, R3는 니트로,플루오로, 클로로, 브로모, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4알킬티오 또는 페녹시이고, n은 0,1,2 또는 3의 정수이며, n이 2 또는 3인 경우, R3는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R이 C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, 사이클로프로필, 사이클로펜틸, 사이클로헥실, C2-4알케닐, C2-4할로알케닐, C3-4알키닐 또는 페닐이고, R2는 C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, 사이클로프로필, 사이클로펜틸, 사이클로헥실, C2-4알케닐, C2-4할로알케닐, C3-4알키닐 또는 페닐이거나, R1및 R2는 R1및 R2가 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 피롤리디닐, 2,5-디메틸피롤리디닐, 피롤리닐, 2,5-디메틸-3-피롤리닐, 피페리딜, 2-메틸피페리딜, 2,6-디메틸피페리딜, 피레라지닐, 모르폴리닐, 1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로퀴놀린 또는 2-메틸-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로퀴놀린을 형성할 수 있고, R3은 니트로, 플루오로, 클로로, 브르모, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4알킬티오 또는 페녹시이며, n은 0,1 또는 2의 정수이며, n이 2인 경우, R3는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  4. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 산-결합제이 존재하 및 불활성 용매의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피리딜테트라졸리논 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R1은 치환될 수 있는 알킬, 할로알킬, 사이클로알킬, 알케닐, 할로알케닐, 알키닐 또는 페닐이고, R2는 치환될 수 있는 알킬, 할로알킬, 사이클로알킬, 알케닐,할로알케닐, 알키닐 또는 페닐이거나, R1및 R2는 R1및 R2가 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 5- 또는 6-원 헤테로사이클릭 환을 형성할 수 있으며, 여기에서 헤테로사이클릭 환은 벤조융합될 수 있고, 하나 또는 그 이상의 C1-4알킬에 의해 치환될 수 있으며, R3는 니트로, 할로겐, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕시, 할로알콕시, 알킬티오 또는 페녹시이고, n은 0,1,2 또는 3의 정수이며, n이 2 또는 3인 경우, R3는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고 hal은 염소 또는 브롬과 같은 이탈 그룹이다.
  5. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 테트라졸리논 유도체를 적어도 하나 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초체 조성물.
  6. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 테트라졸리논 유도체를 잡초 및/또는 그의 서식지에 작용시킴을 특징으로 하여, 잡초를 구제하는 방법.
  7. 잡초를 구제하기 위한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 테트라졸리논 유도체의 용도.
  8. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 테트라졸리논 유도체를 중량체 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제초제 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 피리딜테트라졸리논 유도체.
    상기 식에서, R3는 니트로, 할로겐, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕시, 할로알콕시, 알킬티오 또는 페녹시이고, n은 0,1,2 또는 3의 정수이며, n이 2 또는 3인 경우, R3는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, R3가 니트로, 플루오로, 클로로, 브르모, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4알킬티오 또는 페녹시이며, n은 0,1,2 또는 3의 정수이며, n이 2 또는 3인 경우, R3는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, R3가 니트로, 플루오로, 클로로, 브르모, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4알킬티오 또는 페녹시이며, n은 0,1 또는 2의 정수이며, n이 2인 경우, R3는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
