Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-시클로헥스(엔)일카르복스아미드, 그의 제조방법, 그를 함유하는 제제 및 유해 진균을 방제하기 위한 용도를 제공한다.
상기 식에서 R은 치환 또는 비치환 알킬, 알콕시, 알케닐, 알케닐옥시, 알키닐, 알키닐옥시, 시클로알킬, 시클로알케닐, 시클로알킬옥시, 시클로알케닐옥시, 페닐 또는 벤젠이고, Z는 CH2CH2또는 CH=CH이고, A는 일반식 (A1) 내지 (A&) 중의 하나이고,
X는 -CH2-, -S-, -SO- 또는 -SO2-이고, Y는 -O- 또는 -S-이고, R1,R2,R4,R5및 R7은 할로겐, 알킬 또는 할로알킬이고, R7은 할로겐, 알킬 또는 할로알킬이고, R3및 R6은 수소, 할로겐 또는 알킬이고, n은 1 또는 2이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-시클로헥스(엔)일카르복스아미드.
    상기 식에서, R은 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화될 수 있는 C2-C12알킬, C2-C12알콕시, C2-C12알케닐, C3-C12알케닐옥시, C3-C6알키닐 또는 C3-C6알키닐옥시; 1내지 3개의 C1-C4알킬기를 함유할 수 있는 C3-C7시클로알킬, C4-C7시클로알케닐, C3-C7시클로알킬옥시 또는 C4-C7시클로알케닐옥시; 각각의 페닐 고리가 1내지 5개의 할로겐원자 및 (또는) 1내지 3개의 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4할로알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4할로알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오 또는 C1-C4할로알킬티오를 함유할 수 있는 페닐 또는 벤질이고, Z는 CH2CH2또는 CH=CH이고, A가 하기 일반식 (A1) 내지 (A7)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 시클릭기이다.
    여기서, X는 -CH2-, -S-, -SO- 또는 -SO2-이고, Y는 -O- 또는 -S-이고, R1,R2,R4,R5및 R7은 할로겐, 알킬 또는 할로알킬이고, R3및 R6은 수소, 할로겐 또는 C1-C4알킬이고, n은 1 또는 2이고, n이 2일때 R3기들은 상기할 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 제1항에서 정의한 바와같고, A가 일반식(A1) 내지 (A7)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 시클릭기이고, X및 Y가 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R1이 할로겐, 메틸 또는 C1-할로알킬이고, R2가 할로겐 또는 C1-할로알킬이고, R3이 수소 또는 메틸이고, n이 1 또는 2이고, n이 2인 경우 R3기들은 상이할 수 있고, R4가 할로겐 또는 메틸이고, R5가 메틸 또는 C1-할로알킬이고, R6이 수소, 클로로 또는 메틸이고, R7이 클로로, 메틸 또는 트리플루오르메틸인 N-시클로헥스(엔)일카르복스아미드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R이 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, A가 일반식(A1) 내지 (A7)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 시클릭기이고, X및 Y가 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R1이 클로로, 브로모, 요오드, 메틸 또는 트리플루오로 메틸이고, R2이 수소 또는 메틸이고, n이 1 또는 2이고, n이 2인 경우 R3기들은 상이할 수 있고, R4가 클로로 또는 메틸이고, R5가 메틸, 디플루오로메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고, R6이 수소, 클로로 또는 메틸이고, R7이 클로로, 메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸인 N-시클로헥스(엔)일카르복스아미드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R기와 NHCOA가 서로에 대해 트랜스 배열인 N-시클로헥스(엔)일카르복스아미드.
  5. 염기 존재 하에 통상의 방법으로 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 카르복실산 할라이드를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 시클로헥실아민과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, Hal은 할로겐 원자이고, 나머지 기호들은 제1항에 정의한 바와같다.
  6. 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 살진균량 및 불활성 첨가제를 함유하는 유해 진균 방제제.
  7. 진균, 그의 서식지 및(또는) 진균으로부터 보호될 식물 또는 물질을 살진균 유효량의 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 불활성 첨가제를 함유하는 유해 진균 방제방법.
  8. 유해 진균을 방제하기 위한 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
  9. 사상균을 방제하기 위한 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
    X는 -CH2-, -S-, -SO- 또는 -SO2-이고, Y는 -O- 또는 -S-이고, R1,R2,R4,R5및 R7은 할로겐, 알킬 또는 할로알킬이고, R3및 R6은 수소, 할로겐 또는 알킬이고, n은 1 또는 2이다.
