Claims (64)

  1. 다음과 같은 구조식의 화합물과 보조제를 포함하는 제초제 조성물.
    여기에서 R은 저급알킬, 저급알케닐, 저급알키닐, 시아노알킬, 알콕시알킬, 할로알킬 및 할로알케닐로 구성된 기들로 부터 선택되며, Z는 O 및 S로 부터 선택된다.
    R1과 R2는 R1과 R2가 모두 저급알킬기는 아니라는 조건하에서 플루오로화메틸, 클로로플루오로화메틸, 플루오로화에틸 및 저급알킬로 부터 각각 선택된다.
    및 CN기로 부터 선택되는데, 여기에서 R′는 저급알킬, 저급알케닐, 저급알키닐, 시아노알킬, 알콕시알킬, 할로알킬, 할로알케닐 및 양이온으로 부터 선택되고, R″와 R″′는 R″가 수소일 수도 있다는 조건하에서 저급알킬, 저급알케닐, 저급알키닐, 시아노알킬, 알콕시알킬, 할로알킬 및 할로알케닐로부터 선택된다. R3와 R4는 수소, 저급알킬, 아랄킬, 저급알케닐, 저급알키닐, 할로알킬 및 할로알케닐로 부터 각각 선택되며, Y는 F, Cl 및 Br로 부터 선택되는 할로겐이고,는 O,S 및 N으로 부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 부가원자를 임의로 포함하는 3 내지 6개의 변을 갖는 헤테로시클릭한 성분이다.
    X는 (a) R5가 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알케닐, 탄소원자수 3 내지 6개의 시클로알킬, 탄소원자수 3 내지 6개의 시클로 알킬알킬, 할로알킬, 알릴, 아랄킬 및 양이온으로 부터 선택되는 -OR5,
    (b) n은 0 내지 2의 정수이고, R6는 저급알킬, 저급알케닐, 저급알키닐, 탄소원자수 3 내지 6개의 시클로알킬, 탄소원자수 3 내지 6개의 시클로알킬알킬, 할로알킬, 알릴 및 3 내지 7개의 변을 갖는 환으로 된 포화 또는 불포화 헤테로시클로 부터 선택되는 -S(0)nR6,
    (c) R7이 수소, 저급알킬, 저급할로알킬, 저급알케닐, 저급알키닐 및 할로알케닐로 부터 선택되고, R8는 수소, 저급알킬, 저급할로알킬, 저급알케닐, 할로알케닐, 저급알키닐, 시아노알킬, 디알킬아미노, 알콕시카르보닐알킬, 탄소원자수 3 내지 6개의 할로시클로알킬카르보닐, 알콕시, 탄소원자수 3 내지 6개의 시클로알킬, 탄소원자수 3 내지 6개의 시클로알킬알킬, 3 내지 6개의 변을 갖는 환으로 된 포화 및 불포화 헤테로시클로알킬 및 3 내지 6개의 변을 갖는 환으로 된 포화 헤테로시클로부터 선택되면서 R8가 푸르푸릴은 아닌
    (d)가 O,S 및 N으로 부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 부가 원자들을 임의로 포함하고 저급알킬 및 에폭시로 부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 기들로 임의로 치환된 포화 또는 불포화의 3 내지 8개의 변을 갖는 헤테로시클릭한 성분을 포함하는 질소인
    (e) R9와 R10이 알콕시인
    (f) R11과 R12가 저급알킬인
    (g) R13이 트리플루오로메틸이고 R14가 할로겐, 알콕시, 저급알킬, 알킬티오 및 디알킬아미노로부터 선택되는
    (h) R15가 할로알킬인
    (i) R16이 알킬인
    (j) -SCN 및
    (k) -N3로 부터 선택된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Ra는부터 선택된다는 것.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R, R′, R″및 R″′는 서로 같거나 다른 저급알킬기라는 것.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1과 R2중의 하나는 -CF3이고 다른 하나는 -CF2H라는 것.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, X는라는 것.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R7는 수소이고, R8는 저급 알킬 및 저급시클로알킬로 부터 선택된다는 것.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R8는 이소프로필이라는 것.
