제1도는 본 발명에 따른 대표적인 코넥터의 사시도로서, 코넥터가 회로기판의 대응도선들과 수취·취합하기위해 정렬되어 있는 것을 보여주는 도면,
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 코넥터의 횡단면도로서, 그의 접촉부가 대응하는 회로기판 도선에 전기적으로 상호 접속된 것을 예시하는 도면,
제3도는 하우징벽으로부터 길게 뻗은 주조부재부붐 및 이들 벽사이에 길게 뻗은 구멍을 보여주면서 도금의 초기층을 예시하는 하우징벽의 확대된 파단횡단면도.
Claims (5)
- 적어도 하나의 구멍이 제1측부로부터 제2측부에 까지 관통된 힝벽을 포함하는 절연하우징, 이 힝벽의 제1측부의 각 구멍주변부로부터 외방으로 뻗는 적어도 하나의 제1주조부 및 횡벽의 제2측부의 각 구멍의 주변부로부터 외방으로뻗는 적어도 하나의 제2주조부로 구성되고, 이들 각각의 제1 및 제2주조부는 서로 결합된 상태로서 각 구멍의 공동측벽으로부터 연속적으로 뻗어있는 제1표면부를 포함하며, 또한 이들 각각의 제1및 제2주조부는 하우징의 힝벽과 일체적으로 성형된 내부 절연코어 및 코어의 제1표면부상에 그리고 공동측벽을 따라 배치되어서 양사이에 뻗어있은 연속적인 도전성표면에 의해 접속된 제1및 제2접촉부를 한정하는 적어도 1층의 도금층을 포함하며, 그에 의해 제1및 제2주조부가 각기 제1및 제2접촉부와 맞닿은 상태로 제1및 제2접촉수단이 상호 접속되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 주조형 전기 코넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 횡벽이 다수의 관통구멍을 포함하고 서로 결합된 제1및 제2주조부가 각 구멍의 주변부로부터 양 방향으로 외향하여 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조형 전기 코넥터
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 제1주조부가 제1표면부를 따라서 제1측면방향으로 볼록한 호영 자유대을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 주조형 전기 코넥터
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연속적인 도전성표면이 주조부의 호형 자유단의 도금형 볼록면을 포함하며, 제1주조부는 취합하는 전기제품의 대응 접축수단에 휘어져서 결합할때 제1방향과 정반대방향인 제2방향으로 호형 자유단에서 휘어지는 스프링아암으로 규정되며, 적어도 한층의 도금층이 스프링 비임의 호형단에 대해 적어도 기계적 강도를 부여해서 스프링 비임의 응력이완을 감소시키도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 주조형 전기 코넥터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한층의 도금층이 니켈-철 합금으로 된것을 특징으로 하는 주조형 전기 코넥터.※ 참고 사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
