Abstract

본 발명은 종래의 도통테스트핀을 병용하여 전선과의 종단접속의 양부판정이 가능하며, 또한, 충분한 강도로 안정적으로 절연하우징내에 고정가능한 회로기판용 전기컨넥터를 제공한다.
전기 컨넥터는 절연하우징(2)과 전기콘택트(1)를 갖는다. 전기콘택트(1)는 절연전선을 압접접속하는 전선접속부(4)와, 회로기판의 관통구멍에 삽입 납땜되는 납땜타인부(3)를 갖는다. 납땜타인부(3)는 선단이 V자형의 장척부와, 이 선단에 감싸여진 단척부를 갖고, 종단가장자리에 포스트(9) 및 도통테스트용 테스트판(9)을 갖는다. 장척부 및 단척부의 일부분은 필요에 따라 단면을 원호형으로 절곡시켜 보강한다.

제3도는 본 발명의 전기컨넥터의 적합한 실시예의 정면확대도,
제4도는 본 발명의 전기컨넥터에 사용되는 전기콘택트의 다른 예의 평면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 절연하우징과, 이 하우징내에 삽입지지되어 자유종단이 상호 결합하여 상기 하우징의 개구로부터 바깥방향으로 연장돌출하는 1쌍의 판형부재로 이루어진 납땜타인부 및 전선접속부를 갖는 전기콘택트를 구비한 전기커넥터에 있어서, 상기 납땜타인부의 판형부재의 종단가장자리에 포스트가 형성되고, 상기 하우징의 상기 개구내벽에 결합하여 상기 전기콘택트를 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기컨넥터.
  2. 상기 전기콘택트의 상기 포스트 근방에 있어서 상기 판형부재의 한쪽을로부터 다른쪽을 형하여 테스트판이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 전기컨넥터.
  3. 상기 테스트판이 상기 개구내에서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 전기컨넥터.
  4. 상기 판형부재의 상기 포스트와 반대측에 돌기가 형성되어, 상기 개구의 내벽에 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 전기컨넥터.
  5. 상기 납땜타인부의 상기 판형부재는 길이방향으로 원호형부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제4항의 전기컨넥터.
