제 1도 내지 제 3도는 과산화수소를 함유한 기체상태의 살균유체를 제조하고 이 살균유체를 이용하여 상호 순차적으로 이동하는 물체를 불연속식으로 살균하는 제조 및 살균장치의 개략도.
Claims (7)
- 증발재로 작용하는 가열된 기류중에서 액상의 과산화수소를 불연속식으로 증발시켜 양호하고 균일한 살균 특성을 가진 과산화 수소를 함유한 기체상태의 살균유체를 제조함에 있어서 증발에 이용되는 기류를 일정하거나 거의 일정한 상승된 증발온도까지 가열하여 유지함을 특징으로 하는 과산화 수소를 함유한 기체상태의 살균유체 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 액상의 과산화 수소를 미세한 형태로 하여 가열된 기류속에 분사함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 증발에 이용되는 기류를 큰 열용량과 큰 표면적을 가진 가열요소(11)에서 열교환하여 필요로 하는 증발온도까지 가열함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 기류를 가열요소의 표면과 직접 접촉시켜 이동하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 전기적인 수단 또는 과열된 스팀을 이용한 기타 수단에 의해 열 공급을 조절함으로써 가열요소(11)를 일정하거나 거의 일정한 상승된 온도로 유지함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주위 분위기로 부터 계속하여 흡입되어 여과되고 예열된 후 필요로 하는 증발온도까지 최종가열된 공기를 기류로 이용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 2항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 한에 있어서, 증발개입 중단도중 액상의 과산화수소의 분사를 중단함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
