Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU GASOVITOG STERITIZACIONOG FLUIDA KOJI SADRŽI VODONIK-PEROKSID, sa dobrim i ravnomernim osobinama sterilizacije, putem isparavanja utečnjenog vodonik-peroksida koji se ubrizgava u prekidima u fino dispergovanom obliku u vazdušnu struju koja služi kao isparivački agens koja se održava na konstanoj ili neznatno promenljivoj povišenoj temperaturi isparavanja. Ujednačena temperatura isparavanja vazdušne struje obezbedjena je tako što se vazduh, pre isparavanja, zagreva izmenom toplote pomoću izmenjivača (11) toplote velike mase (toplotnog kapaciteta) i velike površine izmene toplote koja se održava na željenoj povišenoj temperaturi regulisanjem dovoda energije i izmenjivač toplote u kome, tokom prekida u isparavanju izmedju prekidnog ubrizgavanja utečnjenog vodonik-peroksida, se zagreva uz pomoć toplote akumulisane u izmenjivaču toplote.
