제3도는 부호화스텝을 할당하는 영역을 설명하기 위한 약선도.

Claims (9)

  1. 디지탈영상신호를 고능률부호화데이타로 양자화하도록 하여 이루어지는 영상신호부호화방법에 있어서, 전송할 소정의 화상정보를 나타내는 메인영역에 할당된 메인 영역전송허용데이타량을 상기 메인영역을 구성하는 서브영역에 대하여, 당해 서브영역의 디지탈영상신호량에 대응하는 서브 영역전송허용데이타량으로 분배하고, 상기 서브영역전송허용데이타량에 의거하여 당해 서브영역의 디지탈영상신호를 양자화할 때에 사용하는 양자화스텝을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호부호화방법.
  2. 디지탈영상신호를 고능률부호화데이타로 양자화하도록 이루어지는 영상신호부호화방법에 있어서, 전송할 소정의 화상정보를 나타내는 메인영역의 디지탈영상 신호량과, 상기 메인영역을 구성하는 서브영역의 디지탈영상신호량과의 비에 의거하여, 당해 서브영역의 디지탈영상신호를 양자화할 때에 사용하는 양자화스텝을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호부호화방법.
  3. 디지탈영상신호를 고능률부호화데이타로 양자화하도록 이루어지는 영상신호부호화방법에 있어서, 전송할 소정의 화상정보를 나타내는 메인영역을 구성하는 서브영역에 대하여, 그 디지탈영상신호량에 비례하는 양자화스텝을 구하고, 상기 양자화스텝에 의해서 서브영역의 상기 디지탈영상신호를 양자화함으로써, 상기 서브영역으로부터 대략 일정량의 데이타를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호부호화방법.
  4. 디지탈영상신호를 양자화스텝에 의해서 양자화함으로써 전송데이타를 발생하도록 이루어지는 영상신호부호화방법에 있어서, 전송할 화상정보량에 따라 상기 양자화스텝의 값을 변경제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호부호화방법.
  5. 디지탈영상신호를 양자화스텝에 의해서 양자화함으로써 전송데이타를 발생하고, 당해 전송데이타를 전송버퍼메모리를 통해서 전송하도록 이루어지는 영상신호부호화방법에 있어서, 전송할 화상정보량과, 상기 전송버퍼메모리의 잔량을 나타내는 잔량데이타에 따라 상기 양자화스텝의 값을 변경제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호부호화방법.
  6. 디지탈영상신호를 양자화스텝에 의해서 양자화함으로써 전송데이타를 발생하도록 이루어지는 영상신호부호화방법에 있어서, 전송하려고 하는 피부호화화상영역에 인접하는 인접화상영역에 대하여, 화상정보의 변화의 정도를 표시하는 정지도(靜止度)데이타를 발생하고, 상기 정지도데이타의 크기와, 상기 피부호화상영역의 움직임을 나타내는 움직임데이타에 의거하여 양자화스텝을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호부호화방법.
  7. 디지탈영상신호를 양자화스텝에 의해서 양자화함으로써 전송데이타를 발생하도록 이루어지는 영상신호부호화방법에 있어서, 전송하려고 하는 피부호화화상영역에 인접하는 인접화상영역에 대해 화상정보의 변화의 정도를 나타내는 정지도데이타를 발생하고, 상기 정지도데이타의 크기와, 상기 피부호화화상영역의 움직임을 나타내는 동작데이타에 의거하여 변환율데이타를 구하고, 상기 변환율데이타에 의해서 버퍼메모리의 데이타잔량에 따라 정해지는 피드백양자화스텝을 변환하여 양자화스텝을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호부호화방법.
  8. 디지탈영상신호를 양자화스텝에 의해서 양자화함으로써 전송데이타를 발생하도록 이루어지는 영상신호부호화방법에 있어서, 피부호화화상영역의 제1의 화상정보와, 상기 피부호화화상영역과 인접하는 인접화상영역의 제2의 화상정보와의 변화를 나타내는 차분정보를 구하고, 상기 차분정보에 의거하여 상기 피부호화화상영역의 디지탈 영상신호를 양자화할 때에 사용하는 양자화스텝을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호부호화방법.
  9. 디지탈 영상신호를 고능률부호화하여 전송하는 영상신호전송 장치에 있어서, 1프레임분의 전송에 제공되는 화상정보량을 검출하는 동시에, 그 검출결과에 의거하여 소정영역마다의 한계치레벨을 설정하고, 당해 한계치레벨이상의 상기 화상정보량을 가진 상기 영역을 검출하여, 당해 영역의 공간주파수의 고역성분에 대해 양자화스텝을 크게하여 전송하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호전송장치.
