Claims (12)

  1. 폴리 올레핀(A)의 98 내지 50중량부와 불포화 카르복실산과 그 유도체로 주절된 올레핀 폴리머(B)의 2 내지 50중량부로 이루어진 수지 성분의 20-95중량%와 수지와 있어 서로 평행하게 배열되고 2㎜이상의 길이를 가지는 보강된 섬유(C)의 5 내지 80중량%로 이루어진 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 폴리 올레핀(A)와 폴리 에틸렌 또는 폴리 프로필렌으로 주로 이루어진 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 조절된 올레핀 폴리머(B)가 주 폴리머 구성 단지로서 에틸렌/프로필렌으로 이루어진 올레핀 폴리머에 말레익 언히드라이드를 그래프트 종합하여 조절된 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 조절된 올레핀 폴리머(B)는 글리시딜(메트) 아크릴레이트 또는 말레익 언히드라이드와 함께 에틸렌/프로필렌으로 이루어진 올레핀을 공중합하여 조절된 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물.
  5. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 수지조성물은 펠레트의 형태면에서 길이가 2내지 50㎜을 가지며 보강된 섬유는 펠레트의 세로 방향으로 배열된 펠레트의 형태와 같은 길이를 가지는 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물.
  6. 첨구범위 제1항에 있어서, 성형품이 사출 성형에 의하여 제조된 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물.
  7. 연속 보강 섬유(C)가 올레핀(A)의 무게당 98내지 50중량부와 섬유가 보강 섬유의 전체 조성물의 무게당 5 내지 80무게%를 혼합하기 위하여 뽑아지는 동안 불포화 카르복실산과 그 유도체로 조절된 올레핀 폴리머(B)의 2내지 50중량부로 이루어진 수지 성분을 포함한 단계로 이루어진 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 연속 보강 섬유는 폴리올레핀(A)의 용융 혼합물과 섬유가 크로스 헤드다이를 통해 나오는 동안 피드된 조절 올레핀 폴리머(B)가 포함된 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물의 제조방법.
  9. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀(A)가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리 프로필렌으로 주로 이루어진 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물의 제조방법.
  10. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 조절된 올레핀 폴리머(B)는 주 폴리머 구성 단위로서 에틸렌/프로필렌으로 이루어진 올레핀 폴리머에 말레익 언히드라이드를 그래프트 중합하여 조절된 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물의 제조방법.
  11. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 조절된 올레핀 폴리머(B)가 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 말레익 언히드라이드와 함께 에틸렌/프로필레능로 주로 이루어진 올레핀을 공중합하여 조절된 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형 조성물의 제조방법.
  12. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 섬유가 240~320℃에서 용융수지를 포함하는 긴 섬유 보강 폴리올레핀 수지 성형물의 제조방법.
