Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de un compuesto de moldeo de polipropileno que consta de 55 hasta 98,5% en paso de polipropileno ( A), 1 hasta 25% en peso de copolimero de etileno y propileno (B) y 0,5 hasta 30% en peso de polietileno ©, mediante polimerización y copomerizacion de propileno y etileno en tres etapas (a, b y c) en presencia de un catalizador ziegler, caracterizado porque se forma en la primera etapa a un polipropileno altamente cristalino con un indice de fusión mfi 230/5 de 0,1 hasta 80g/ 10 minutos, en la segunda etapa b se copolimeriza propileno y etileno ascendiente la proporción en peso de etileno a propileno en el copolimero a 25: 75 hasta 75: 25 y siendo la proporción del indice de fusión mfi 230/5 de la mezcla del polipropileno (a) y del copolimero de etileno-propileno (B) a la del polipropileno (A) **(formula-01)** y en la tercera etapa c se forma un polietileno, ascendiendo la proporción del indice de fusión mfi 230/5 del compuesto de moldeo de polipropileno (a + b+ c) a la de la mezcla del polipropileno (a) y del copolimero de etileno y propileno (b) a **(formula-02)** trabajando generalmente en cada una de las tres etapas a una presión de 0,5 hasta 40 baras, preferentemente hasta 35 bares y encontrandose la temperatura de reacción en el margen de 40 hasta 90ºC preferentemente de 50 hasta 85ªC especialmente de 55 hasta 80ªc
