Claims (9)

  1. (A) 열가소성 폴리에스테르 99 내지 40중량부 및 (B) 올레핀 중합체 100중량부에 불포화 카르복시산 및/또는 그의 유도체 0.01 내지 10중량부를 그래프트 중합하여 제조한 개선된 올레핀 공중합체 1 내지 60중량부를 용융 및 혼련하는 단계와, 혼련된 혼합물을 100℃ 내지 혼련된 혼합물의 융점 사이의 온도에서 고체상태로 30분이상동안 가열하여 (A)와 (B)간에 그래프트 반응이 일어나게 하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가열단계를 비활성기체내에서 또는 10 Torr 이하의 감압하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (C) 무기충전재 5 내지 120중량부를 (A) 및 (B)의 혼합물 100중량부에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 3항에 규정된 방법으로 제조된 열가소성 폴리에스테르수지.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, (A)가 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, (A)가 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 함유하는 공중합에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, (B)용의 올레핀 공중합체가 에틸렌과 알파-올레핀의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, (B)용의 올레핀 공중합체가 에틸렌과 극성 비닐단량체의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, (B)용의 올레핀 공중합체가 에틸렌과 아세트산비닐, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 에스테르, 아크릴산 금속염 및 메타크릴산 금속염 중에서 채택된 극성 비닐단량체의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
