Claims (2)

  1. 비교 셀과 메모리 셀이 커런트 미러회로에 각각 접속되며, 그 메모리 셀측의 노드의 전위를 증폭해서 출력하는 센스 앰프를 가지는 자외선 소거형 비휘발성 메모리 장치에 있어서, 상기 비교셀의 실효적인 제어 게이트 전압을 상기 메모리 셀의 제어 게이트 전압보다 소정 전압 낮게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 소거형 비휘발성 메모리 장치.
  2. 비교셀과 메모리 셀이 커런트 미러 회로에 각각 접속되며 그 메모리 셀측의 노드의 전위를 증폭해서 출력하는 센스 앰프를 갖는 자외선 소거형 비휘발성 메모리 장치에 있어서, 상기 노드에 정전류원이 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 소거형 비휘발성 메모리 장치.
