Claims (10)

  1. 아미도용해 활성/단백질가수분해 활성이 있고 인자 Ⅷ을 분해하는 효소 및 전구효소와 결합하는 흡착제로 처리 한후 안정하고, 경우에 따라, 저온살균 처리한 인자 Ⅷ을 공지된 방법에 따라 우수한 수율로 수득할 수 있음을 특징으로하는, F Ⅷ의 제조에 통상적으로 사용되는 것들과 같은 인자 Ⅷ-함유 혈장 분획, 바람직하게는 용해된 저온침전물 또는 콘(Cohn) 분획 Ⅰ의 처리방법.
  2. 인자 Ⅷ-함유 용액으로부터 공지된 방법에 따라 인자 Ⅷ을 수득하기전에 이용액을 Al(OH)3, 음이온 교환기 또는Ca3(PO4)2상에서 2회 이상에 걸쳐 미리 흡착처리함을 특징으로하여, 특이활성 및 안정성이 높은 인자 Ⅷ을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 흡착과정을 다양한 흡착제상에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 처리과정을 친수성 매트릭스 및 음이온 그룹을 지닌 염기성 이온 교환기로 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 처리과정을 폴리삭카라이드 및 음이온 그룹을 기본으로하는 매트릭스를 지닌 염기성 음이온 교환기로 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 처리과정을 pH 6.5 내지 7.5 및 전도율 10 내지 15㎳에서 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 처리과정을 어떠한 시트레이트 이온 또는 2가 금속 이온에 대한 기타의 트랩도 함유하지 않는 매질중에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 2종의 상이한 흡착체를 순서대로 가한다음 상등액을 분리해내는 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 저온살균과정을 추가로 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 흡착제를 용액의 약 20 내지 30g/ℓ의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
