Claims (2)

  1. (a)tPA 및 불필요한 단백질을 함유한 조 tPA제제를 양이온 교환기와 접촉시켜 tPA 및 불필요한 단백질을 양이온 교환기에 흡착시키고, (b)상기 양이온 교환기를 pH5.2∼6.2의 용리액으로 처리하여 tPA와 같거나 그 이하의 pI 값을 갖는 불필요한 단백질을 용출시키고, (c) (b) 단계를 거친 양이온 교환기를 pH2.8∼3.5의 용리액으로 처리하여 tPA와 같거나 그 이상의 pI 값을 갖는 불필요한 단백질을 용출시키고 (d) (b) 및 (c) 단계를 거친 양이온 교환기로부터 tPA를 용출시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 tPA의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 양이온 교환기(cation-exchanger)가 양이온 교환기(cation-exchange group)로서 카르복시메틸기를 갖는 tPA의 정제방법.
