본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 핀튜우브형 열교환기를 도시한 부분측면도,
제2도는 제1도의 D-D' 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 일정간격으로, 다수평행하게 늘어 세워지고, 그 사이를 기류가 유동하는 판형상핀과, 상기 판형상핀에 직각으로 삽통되고, 내부를 유체가 유동하는 외경(D0)의 전열관으로 구성되고, 상기 절연관의 기류방향의 관열피치(L1)를 1.2D0 L1 1.8D0로 하고, 기류와 수직방향의 관단피치(L2)를 2.6D0 L2 3.3D0하고, 또, 상기 판형상핀에는, 상기 전열관사이에, 기류쪽으로 개구한 돌기편을 판형상핀의 기반을 사이에 두고, 상하 교호로 배설하는 동시에, 이 돌기편의 수를 판형상핀의 전열관사이의 중심에서부터 판형상핀 단부를 향해서 순차적으로 증가시킨 핀튜우브형 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 돌기편을 판향상핀과 접합하는 다리부가 판형상핀의 압가장자리의 법선방향과 각도를 이루도록 형성한 핀튜우브형 열교환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 돌기편 높이(h)를 판형상핀의 피치(Pt)의 대략 1/2로 하는 핀튜우브형 열교환기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 돌기편의 판형상핀과 접합하는 다리부가 기류방향의 전후에서 겹쳐지지 않도록 형성한 핀튜우브형 열교환기.
  5. 일정간격으로 다수평행하게 늘어 세워지고, 그 사이를 기류가 유동하는 판형상핀과, 상기 판형상핀에 직각으로 삽통되고 내부를 유체가 유동하는 외경(D0)의 전열관으로 구성되고, 상기 절연관의 기류방향의 관열피치(L1)를 1.2D0 L1 1.8D0로 하고, 기류와 수직방향의 관 단피치(L2)를 2.6D0 L2 3.3D0로해서, 이루어진 핀튜우브형 열교환기.
