1: 파형(corrugate)핀 1a, 1b, 1c:잔여판 기판

Claims (5)
- 다수의 핀과, 그 핀에 접속되는 1개 또는 복수개의 절연관을 조합시키고 그 핀을 깎아 핀 기선을 사이에 두고 교대로 반대측으로 브릿지 형상으로 절기한 루우버를 갖는 열교환기에 있어서,상기 핀 기선에 따라 배치되는 잔여핀 기판과 다음의 잔여핀 기판과의 사이에 설치되는 하나의 루우버군에 있어서의 상기루우버의 수는 4이상의 짝수개로 하고, 상기루우버에 있어서 잔여핀 기판에 가장 가까운 위치에 있는 루우버가 최대 입상높이가 되도록 절기하고, 그 최대 입상높이를 갖는 루우버와 그다음의 잔여핀 기판과를 연결하는 직선에 따라 핀 기선에 대하여 각각의 옆에 있는 다른 루우버가 위치하도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기,
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 최대 입상높이를 갖는 루우버와 상기 다음의 잔여핀 기판을 연결하는 직선과 상기 핀기선이 이루는 각도 θ를 5~15°로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 제2항에 있어서,루우버의 상기 최대 입상높이 Hmax는 다음의 조건식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.여기서, θ는 상기각도, Pf는 핀의 피치, b는 루우버의 폭, Re는 레이놀드 수.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 루우버군의 배열방향이 상기 핀 기선과 이루는 각도 θ의 방향을 상기 핀 기선에 대하여 그 루우버군 단위 혹은 복수의 루우버구 단위로 교대로 변경한 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 잔여핀 기판간에 핀 기선을 사이에 두고 넷 이상의 짝수개의 루우버를 교대로 브릿지 형상으로 절기하고, 또한 그 핀기선을 사이에 두고 각각의 옆에 있는 루우버는 핀기선에 대하여 일정한 각도θ(〉0°)를 갖는 직선에 따라 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
