Claims (70)

  1. 생성된 공중합체가 윤활유중에 용해될 수 있을만큼 충분히 많은 탄소원자를 함유하며 총 올레핀의 20%이상이 알키비닐리덴 이성체로 이루어진 고분자량의 올레핀과 불포화 산성 반응물과의 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 총 올레핀의 50%이상이 알킬비닐리덴 이성체인 공중합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 불포화 산성 반응물이 다음 일반식으로 표시되는 공중합체;
    상기식에서, X 및 X′는 각각 독립적으로 -OH, -Cl, 및 -0-저급 알킬로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되거나, X와 X′는 함께 취할 경우 -O-이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 평균 중합도가 1.0이상인 공중합체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 올레핀의 평균 분자량이 약 500 내지 약 500인 공중합체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 올레핀이 폴리이소부텐인 공중합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 평균 중합도가 약 1.5 내지 약 10인 공중합체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 산성반응물이 말레산 무수물로 이루어진 공중합체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리이소부텐의 평균분자량이 약 900내지 약 200인 공중합체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 총 올레핀중 약 70%이상이 알킬비닐리덴 이성체로 이루어진 공중합체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 알킬비닐리덴 이성체가 메틸비닐리덴인 공중합체.
  12. 다음 일반식의 공중합체 :
    상기식에서, n은 1이상이고, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 저급알킬 및 고분자량의 폴리알킬중에서 선택되거나; R1및 R2가 수소이고, R3및 R4중 하나가 저급알킬이며, 다른 하나가 고분자량의 폴리알킬이거나; R3및 R4가 수소이고, R1및 R2중 하나가 저급알킬이며, 다른 하나가 고분자량의 폴리알킬이다.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 고분자량의 폴리알킬이 탄소원자 약50개 이상으로 이루어진폴리이소부티그룹 공중합체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리이소부틸그룹의 평균분자량이 약 500 내지 5000인 공중합체.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 폴리이소부틸그룹의 평균분자량이 약 900 내지 2500인 공중합체.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 평균 중합도가 약 1.1 내지 약 20인 공중합체.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 저급알킬이 메틸인 공중합체.
  18. 총 고분자량의 올레핀 중 약20%이상이 알킬비닐리덴 이성체로 이루어져 있고 상기 고분자량의 올레핀이 생성물이 윤활유중에 용해될 수 있을 만큼 충분히 많은 탄소원자를 함유하는 고분자량의 올레핀을 유리기 개시제의 존재하에서 불포화 산성반응물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법에 의하여 제조된 생성물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 불포화 산성반응물의 일반식이 다음과 같은 생성물 :
    상기식에서, X 및 X′는 각각 독립적으로 -OH, -Cl, 및 -0-저급 알킬로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되거나, X와 X′는 함게 취할 경우 -0-이다.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 총 올레핀중 50%이상이 알킬비닐리덴 이성체로 이루어진 생성물.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 고분자량의 올레핀의 평균분자량이 약 500 내지 약 5000인 생성물.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 고분자량의 올레핀이 폴리이소부테인 생성물.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 평균중합도가 약 1.5 내지 약 10인 생성물.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 산선반응물이 말레산무수물이고, 알킬비닐리덴 이성체가 메틸비닐리덴인 생성물.
  25. 제1항, 제6항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 적외선 스펙트로스코피로 측정할 때 특이한 적외선 숙신산 무수물 스트레취가 약 1775㎝-1내지 약 1784㎝-1의 범위에 있는 공중합체.
  26. 제1항, 제6항 또는 제11항의 공중합체을 하나이상의 염기성 절소원자를 함유하는 폴리아민과 반응시켜 제조한 폴리숙신이미드.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 적외선 스텍트로스코피로 측정할 때 특이한 적외선 숙신아미드 스트레취가 약 1697㎝-1내지 약 1703㎝-1의 범위에 있는 폴리 숙신이미드.
  28. 제26항에 있어서, 폴리아민이 약 2 내지 약 12개의 아민질소원자 및 약 2 내지 약 40개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 폴린숙신이미드.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 폴리아민이 일반식 H2N(YNH)pH를 가지며, 이때 Y가 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알킬렌이고, p가 1 내지 6의 정수인 폴리숙신이미드.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 공중합체중의 폴리아민 대 숙신산그룹의 충전몰비가 약 1내지 약0. 1인 폴리숙신이미드.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 공중합체중의 폴리아민 대 숙신산그룹의 충전몰비가 약 0.5인 폴리숙신이미드.
  32. 다음 일반식의 화합물 :
    상기식에서, n은 1이상이고: Am은 0 내지 약 10개의 아민질소원자 및 약 2 내지 약40개의 탄소원자를 함유하며: R1, R2, R3및 R4는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 저급알킬 및 고분자량의 폴리알킬 중에서 선택되거나; R1및 R2가 수소이고, R3및 R4중 하나는 저급알킬이며, 다른 하나는 고분자량의 폴리알킬이거나; R3및 R4가 수소이고, R1및 R2중 하나가 저급알킬이고, 다른 하나가 고분자량의 폴리알킬이며, R5및 R6는 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 저급알킬, 또는 페닐이거나, 함께 취할 경우 탄소수 3 내지 6의 알킬렌으로 환을 형성한다.

  35. 제34항에 있어서, Am이 일반식 〔(ZNH0pZ′)〕를 가지며 Z 및 Z′가 독립적으로 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알킬렌이고, P가 1 내지 6의 정수이며 R 및 R가 수소인 화합물.
  36. 제35항에 있어서, 평균중합도가 약 1.1 내지 약 20인 화합물.
  37. 제36항에 있어서, 폴리이소부틸그룹의 평균분자량이 약 900 내지 약 2500인 화합물.
  38. 제37항에 있어서, 저급알킬이 메틸인 화합물.
  39. 제38항에 있어서, 평균중합도가 약 1.5 내지 약 10인 화합물.
  40. 제37항에 있어서, Z 및 Z′가 에틸렌이고, P가 2, 3 또는 4인 화합물.

  45. 제44항에 있어서, A 및 B단위의 합의 평균이 약 2 내지 약 50인 랜덤 폴리숙신이미드.
  46. 제45항에 있어서, 폴리이소부틸그룹의 평균분자량이 약 900 내지약 2500인 랜덤 폴리신이미드.

  53. 개솔린 또는 디이젤 범위에서 비등하는 탄화수소 및 약30 내지 약5000ppm의 제49항에 따른 렌덤 폴리 숙신 이미드를 함유하는 연료조성물.
  54. 150℉ 내지 400℉의 범위에서 비등하는 불활성의 안정한 친유성 유기용매 및 약 5 내지 약 50중량%의 제11항에 따른 공중합체를 함유하는 연료농축물.
  55. 150℉ 내지 400℉의 범위에서 비등하는 불활성의 안정한 친유성 유기용매 및 약 5 내지 약 50중량%의 제29항에 따른 폴리숙신 이미드를 함유하는 연료농축물.
  56. 150℉ 내지 400℉의 범위에서 비등하는 불활성의 안정한 친유성 유기용매 및 약 5 내지 약 50중량%의 제40항에 따른 화합물을 함유하는 연료농축물.
  57. 150℉ 내지 400℉의 범위에서 비등하는 불활성의 안정한 친유성 유기용매 및 약 5 내지 약 50중량%의 제49항에 따른 렌덤 폴리숙신 이미드를 함유하는 연료농축물.
  58. 윤활점성 있는 오일 및 분산제 유효량의 제11항에 따른 공중합체를 함유하는 윤활유 조성물.
  59. 윤활점성 있는 오일 및 분산제 유효량의 제29항에 따른 폴리숙신 이미드를 함유하는 윤활유 조성물.
  60. 윤활점성 있는 오일 및 분산제 유효량의 제40항에 따른 화합물을 함유하는 윤활유 조성물.
  61. 윤활점성 있는 오일 및 분산제 유효량의 제49항에 따른 렌덤 폴리숙신 이미드를 함유하는 윤활유 조성물.
