Claims (7)
- 종방향으로 연장하는 하중지지 구조부재(2)를 포함하는 차량 입체 프레임(1)에 있어서, 상기 하중 지지 구조부재(2)는 적어도 한단부에서 2개 이상의 부분으로 종방향으로 분할되는 일체로된 다중공동형상체를 포함하며 이들 부분(21,23)의 몇몇은 단독으로 또는 정열된 소정 각도로 연장하고 프레임(3,4,5,6)의 제2의 보조 구조부재(8)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량입체 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경금속으로 압출성형된 일체로된 다중공동형상체는 2개 이상의 공동을 갖는 직선부(22)를 구성하는 폐쇄된 횡단면부를 가지며, 각부분(21,23)과 보조 구조부재(8)를 종방행으로 겹치게함으로써 형성된 프레임의 구조부분들은 전면 및 후면 필러(3,4)와 전방 및 후방 지주(5,6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량입체 구조물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 직면부(22)에는 수직하게 연장하는 적어도 하나의 횡거더(7)를 형성하는 축방으로 연장하는 플랜지(24)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량입체 구조물.
- 전술한 항 들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프레임의 모든 구조부재들은 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 연장하는 플랜지(24)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량입체 구조물.
- 제1항에 따른 차량입체프레임을 하중 지지구조부재(2)에 있어서, 상기 구조부재(2)는 적어도 한단부에서 2개 이상의부분(21,23)으로 종방향으로 분활되는 일체로된 다중공동형상체로된 직선부(22)를 포함하며 상기 부분들은 지지입체 프레임의 구조부분을 형성하도록 소정각도로 연장하여 재성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중 지지 구조부재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구조부재(2)의 직선부(22)는 축방으로 연장하고 종방향으로 뻗어있는 한개 이상의 플랜지(24)와 일체로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중지지 구조부재.
- 종방향으로 연장하는 구조부재를 갖는 차량입체프레임부 제조방법에 있어서, 일체로 압출된 다중공동형상체(2)와 제2부재(8)를 제공하는 단계와, 종방향으로 연장하는 몇개의 부분(21,23)을 제공하도록 적어도 한단부에서 다중공동형상체를 부분적으롤 분할하는 단계와, 상기 각 부분을 소정 각도로 정열하여 겹쳐진 조인트를 형성하는 제2보조 구조부재(8)에 접착시키는 단계 및, 종래의 수단에 의해 조립된 구조부재를 최종적으로 종방향으로 연결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량입체 프레임부 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
