Claims (8)
- 고정금형이 설치됨과 아울러 액체통로가 형성된 볼스터와, 가동 금형이 설치되고, 전기한 고정금형에 향하여 이동시키는 리프트실린더에 연결됨과 아울러 액체통로가 형성된 슬라이드와, 전기한 리프트 실린더등의 작동유 탱크로부터 전기한 볼스터와 슬라이드의 액체통로에 각각 작동유를 공급하는 순회장치와, 이 작동유 순회장치외 도중에 개재되어 작동유의 온도를 설정치로 조정하는 온도조정장치률 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압축성형기의 온도조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 온도조정장치는 전기한 볼스터 및 슬라이드의 치수와 열팽창률로부터 산출되는 치수변동을 금형의 허용계수(繼手)간극 이하의 변동으로 되는 온도로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱압축 성형기 의 온도조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 온도조정장치는 유량조정밸브에 의하여 형성되어 있는 것운 특징으로 하는 플라스틱압축 성형기 외 온도조절장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 온도조정장치는 열교환기를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압축성형기의 온도조절장치.
- 플라스틱 압축성형기의 볼스터 및 슬라이드를 포함하는 성형기 구조부재의 사이즈와 열팽창률에서 금형사이의 허용 계수간극 이하의 치수 변화를 부여하는 온도를 산출하고, 이 온도로 압축성형기의 리프트 실린더등의 작동유의 온도를 조정하고, 이렇게 온도조정된 작동유를 전기한 구조부재에 통류시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압축성형기의 온도조절방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 온도 조정은 열교환기에 의하여 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압축성형기의 온도조절방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 온도의 조정은 열교환기와 각 구성부재어서 통류량을 제어하는 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압축성형기의 온도 조절방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 구성부재에는 성형기의 프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압축 성형기의 온도조절방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
