프리페인트 강판용 용융아연-알루미늄 합금도금 강판, 그 제조방법 및 프리페인트 강판
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1(a) 내지 (c)도는 청구범위 제4항에 따른 본 발명의 실시예5와 비교예에 형성된 도금층의 표면의 금속조직의 현미경 사진이다. 이 사진은 EPMA에 의해 얻은 표면의 Al의 X선상(image)이다.
제1(a)도, 제1(b)도 및 제1(c)도는 (침지(dipping) 시의 강판의 온도)-(욕온)이 각각 20, -20℃ 및 -80℃일 때 얻어진 도금층 표면의 금속조직의 현미경 사진이다.
제2(a)와 제2(b)도는 청구범위 제4항에 따른 본 발명의 실시예5와 비교예에서 제조된 용융아연-알루미늄 합금도금강판의 두께방향에서 Fe, Zn 및 Al의 농도분포를 나타낸다. 이들 도면은 (침지시의 강판의 온도)-(욕온)이 각각 20℃와 -80℃일 때 얻어진 농도분포를 나타낸다.
제3도는 본 발명의 실시예 6에서 사용된 용융도금장치의 개략도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 0.3 내지 3.5중량%의 Al, 100ppm 이하의 Pb, 잔부 An 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용융도금욕으로 강판을 도금함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리페인트 강판용 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판.
  2. 0.3내지 3.5중량%의 Al, Al의 부당내지 1부의 Si, 100ppm 이하의 Pb, 잔부 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용융도금욕으로 강판을 도금함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리페인트 강판용 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항과 동일한 용융도금용에 Mg, Mn 및 Cu로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속이 0.01 내지 1.5중량%만큼 더 함유된 용융도금욕으로 강판을 도금함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리페인트 강판용 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판.
  4. 청구범위 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항의 용융도금욕으로 도금할 때, 용융도금욕에 침지될 강판의 온도를 상기 용융도금욕의 온도보다 낮게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리페인트 강관용 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 청구범위 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항의 용융금속욕으로 재료강판을 도금할 때, 재료강판을 용융도금욕으로 부터 취출한 후, 용융아연-알루미늄합금부착량을 제어하기 위한 가스와이핑식 설비를 사용하여 슬리트 간격이 0.6 내지 2.4mm이고 전방 및 후방노즐간의 거리가 10 내지 40㎜이고 가스분사압력이 0.1 내지 2.0㎏/㎠인 조건에서 재료강판위에 부착된 용융아연-알루미늄 합금량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폐인트 강판용 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 재료 강판을 용융도금욕으로부터 취출한 후, 용융아연-알루미늄합금부착량을 제어하기 위한 가스와이핑식 설비를 사용하여 슬리트 간격이 0.6 내지 2.4㎜이고 전방 및 후방노즐간의 거리가 10 내지 40㎜이고 가스분사압력이 0.1 내지 2.0㎏/㎠인 조건에서 이 재료강판위에 부착된 용융아연-알루미늄합금량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리페인트 강판용 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판을 도금층의 용융온도이상의 온도로 재가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리페인트 강판용 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판을 적어도 10℃/sec 이상의 냉각속도로 이 도금층의 응고점까지 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리페인트 강판용 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항의 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판 또는 청구범위 제4항 내지 제8항에 따라 제조된 용융아연-알루미늄합금도금강판과 화성처리에 의해 이 강판위에 형성된 화성처리층과, 이 화성처리층 위에 형성된 표면도막층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 가공성과 내식성을 가지고 있는 프리페인트 강판.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 우수한 내긁힘성을 부여하기 위하여 건조후의 피막량이 50 내지 250㎎/㎡로 되도록, 평균입경이 50㎛이고 비표면적이 200㎡/g인 실리카를 함유하고 있는 크롬산용액으로 강판을 처리함으로써 화성처리층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리페인트 강판.
