Claims (1)
- (Bi-T1)-Ca-(Sr,Ba)-Cu-O계 초전도 세라믹스의 제조방법에 있어서 (a) 원료분말로서, ⅰ) Bi 산화물과 T1 산화물로부터 선택된 1종의 화합물, ⅱ) Ca 화합물, ⅲ) Sr 화합물과 Ba 화합물로부터 선택된 1종의 화합물 및 ⅳ) Cu 산화물의 분말을 각각 준비하고, (b) 상기한 원료분말중 중기압이 낮은 화합물, 즉 화합물 ⅱ) 화합물 ⅲ) 및 화합물 ⅳ)의 각각의 분말을 소정비율로 혼합한 후, 850℃내지 1050℃의 범위내에 소정온도에서 1차 소성하여 Ca-(Sr,Ba)-Cu-O계 산화물을 형성하고, (c) 잠시후에, 이 Ca-(Sr,Ba)-Cu-O계 산화물에, 소정비율의 증기압이 보다 높은 화합물, 즉 화합물 ⅰ)의 분말을 배합하고, 혼합한 후, 500내지 820℃의 범위 내의 소정온도에서 2차 소성하는, 초전도 세라믹스의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
