Claims (2)

  1. Bil,6Pbo,4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy의 조성을 갖는 초전도체의 제조방법에 있어서, 조성물을 ⅰ) 790~810℃, 공기중에서 15~30시간 하소한 후 분쇄한 다음 ii) 상기 분말을 상기 (i)과 동일 조건하에 재 하소하고 iii) 845~855℃, 공기중에서 15~30시간동안 소결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,각각의 단계 i),ii),iii)의 승온 속도가 2℃/min, 냉각속도가 3~7℃/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전체의 제조방법.
