Claims (14)
- 용융폴리에스테르 시이트를 수막이 형성된 이동냉각체 표면상에서 냉각고화시킨 후에 길이 방향으로 복수단으로 총합연신 배율 4.5배 이상으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 용융폴리에스테르 시이트에 정전하를 인가하면서 그 용융 폴리에스테르 시이트를 전기한 이동냉각체 표면상에서 냉각고화 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 이동냉각체 표면에 형성되는 수막의 용융폴리에스테르 시이트와 냉각체 표면이 접하는 위치 직전에 있어서 평균두께 d와, 용융폴리에스테르와 냉각체 표면이 접하는 위치에 형성되는 메니스커스부의 냉각체 표면으로부터의 높이 h와의 관계가 h>d임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 이동냉각체 표면상 수막을 형성하는 경우에 있어서 수막을 용융폴리에스테르 시이트 폭방향으로 중앙부보다 시이트 단부측을 두껍게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 용융폴리 에스테르 시이트의 시이트폭 방향단부에 있어서 반냉각체면을 전기한 냉각체와는 별도의 냉각수단에 의하여 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 수막을, 수증기를 이동냉각 체표면상에서 결로시키는 결로법에 의하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전기한 결로법에 의하여 이동냉각 체표면상에 형성되는 결로수의 최대물방울 지름은 70㎛이하 임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전기한 결로법에 의하여 이동냉각체 표면상에 형성되는 결로수의 물방울 밀도가 50개 이상 0.1㎟ 임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 이동냉각체 표면상에서 냉각 고화된 폴리에스페르시이트가 냉각체 표면에서 떨어지는 위치와, 전기한 용융폴리에스테르 시이트가 냉각체 표면에 접하는 위치와의 사이에서, 이동냉각체 표면상에 부착하고 있는 잔존수를 수제거수단에 의하여 제가한 후, 전기한 수막형성을 위한 물을 수부여 수단에 의하여 이동 냉각체 표면상에 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 냉각체의 표면 거칠기가, 중심선 평균거칠기 Ra로 0.04㎛이하임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 복수단의 길이방향 연신에 있어서, 각단의 연신배율 1.1배 이상임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 복수단의 길이 방향 연신에 있어서, 시이트 주행 방향으로 하류측의 단정(段程) 연신 배율이 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 전기한 복수단의 길이 방향 연신에 있어서, 각단의 연신을 시이트 주행방향으로 인접시켜 배치된 상류측의 구동연신 로울러와 하류측의 구동연신 로울러와의 사이에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 복수단의 길이 방향 연신에 있어서 최종단의 연신을 시이트 주행방향으로 인접시켜 배치된 상류측의 구동연신 로울러와 하류측의 구동연신 로울러와의 사이에서 행하여 지고, 그것보다도 시이트 주행방향 상류측에서의 연신을 시이트 주행방향으로 상류측의 구동연신 로울러와의 하류측의 구동연신 로울러와의 사이에서 양구동연신 로울러 사이에 배치된 프리 연신 로울러를 사이에 두고 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
