Abstract

본 발명은 횡방향으로 필름의 물성이 균일한 열가소성 수지 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라서, 횡연신기내에서의 열처리 공정시 열고정 구간에서 노즐의 필름면을 향한 공기 분사 각도 및 필름 주행 속도에 대한 공기 분출 속도를 조절함으로써 필름과 분출 공기의 상대 속도 차이로 인해 발생하는 필름의 진행 방향으로 작용하는 전단력에 의해 필름의 진행 방향과 반대 방향으로 작용하는 수축력이 상쇄되어 활모양 휘어짐 현상이 감소되고 필름의 폭방향 물성이 균일한 개선된 열가소성 수지 필름의 제조 방법이 제공된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1A도는 본 발명의 열가소성 수지 필름을 제조하기 위한 열고정부 열처리 장치를 도시한 측면도이고, 제1B도는 제1A도의 열처리 장치의 노즐 출구를 확대하여 도시한 확대도이며,
제2도는 횡연신기에서 열처리된 필름의 활모양 휘어짐(bowing)현상을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 열가소성 수지 필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 열퍼리 공정시 열처리장치의 열고정 구간에서 노즐 출구 중심선과 수직선이 이루는 각이 필름의 진행방향으로 필름 표면에 대해 30°이상이 되도록 공기 분출 각도를 조절하여 열고정 처리함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 분출 각도가 필름 표면에 대해 45 내지 60°인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 노즐의 공기 분출 속도론 필름의 주행속도의 3배 이상이 되도록 하는 방법,
