Abstract

본 발명은 프로파일의 일부분에 경질 표피면과 프로파일의 다른 일부분에 경질 표피에 의한 부분보다 적은 경질도 또는 적은 밀도를 갖는 장식성 향상을 갖는 압출성 물질의 프로파일의 압출함에 의해 형성하기 위한 방법을 제공한다. 장식성 향상은 압출 물질을 고정 및 경질화하기 이전에 프로파일에 엠보스먼트 기술의 사용에 의해 상기 프로파일과 통합적으로 형성된다. 프로파일은 그림 프레임, 문, 벽 및 창문 몰딩과 같은 적용에 사용될 수 있다.

제1도는 종래 기술의 프레임 부재의 사시도이고, 제2도는 폴리비닐클로라이드 압출 물질에 의한 본 발명의 공정의 연속 작동을 나타내는 개략적인 도면이고, 제3도는 폴리스티렌 압출 물질에 의한 본 발명의 공정의 연속 작동을 나타내는 개략적인 도면이고, 제4도는 다이와 성형틀에 의한 압출 기계 단부의 길이방향 단면도이고, 제5도는 프로파일의 횡단면을 나타내는, 제4도의 성형틀 부분의 횡단면도이고, 제6도는 제4도의 성형틀로 부터 확대한 프로파일의 횡단면도이고, 제7도는 본 발명의 압출된 프로파일의 사시도이고, 제8도는 본 발명의 압출된 프로파일로 구성된 프레임의 사시도이고, 제9도는 본 발명의 압출된 프로파일로 구성된 벽 몰딩의 사시도이고, 제10도는 본 발명에 사용을 위한 다이를 나타내는 다이 및 성형틀의 횡단면도이다.

Claims (23)

  1. 그들의 한 단부에서 예정된 프로파일을 갖는 오리피스를 통하는 경로에 의한 압착 단계에서 압출성 발포물질을 압착하는 단계, 고체 표피를 제공하기 위하여 상기 압착단계 동안 상기 발포 물질의 표면의 부분을 경질화하는 단계, 상기 발포 물질중 통합적으로 형성되는 장식 증진을 제공하도록 상기 압착단계에 이어지는 상기 프로파일의 표면의 나머지 부분을 엠보싱하는 단계, 및 고형물의 신장된 부재를 형성하도록 상기 발포물질을 고형화하는 단계로 이루어지는 상기 부재의 표면의 일부분 위에 고체 표피와 상기 부재의 표면의 다른 일부분에 통합적으로 형성된 장식 증진을 갖는 예정된 프로파일의 고형물의 신장된 부재를 형성하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경질화 단계는 발포 물질의 연화점 이하의 온도로 상기 오리피스의 일부의 내부 고형물 표면을 냉각하여 실행되는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱 단계는 상기 프로파일의 표면의 다수의 부분위에 형성되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압착 단계는 압출기와 성형틀을 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압착 단계는 압출기 및 진공 탱크를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱 단계는 엠보싱 휠과 지지 휠을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱 휠은 상기 발포 물질을 따라 음각인쇄를 제공하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱 휠은 피봇기로 이동가능한 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발포 물질을 따라 인쇄를 제공하는 상기 엠보싱 휠은 상기 지지 휠 아래에 위치되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고형물의 신장된 부재는 염색되고, 고온 줄무늬에 의해 추가로 제공되는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포 물질은 폴리비닐클로라이드인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포 물질은 폴리스테렌인 방법.
  13. 압출성 발포 물질의 연화점 이하의 온도를 성형틀의 내부 고체 표면의 부분을 냉각하는 단계, 다이 출구를 통해 발포 물질을 압출하는 단계, 성형틀의 내부 고체 표면의 냉각된 부분과 발포 물질의 외부 표면을 신혹하게 접촉함으로써, 발포 물질의 외부 표면 부분위에 고밀도 물질의 표피를 형성하도록 발포 물질의 연화점이하의 온도로 발포 물질의 외부 표면의 부분을 신속하게 냉각하는 단계, 성형틀을 통해 압출시키게 되는 발포 물질을 허용하는 단계, 상기 발포 물질중 통합적으로 형성되는 장식성 향상을 제공하기 위하여 상기 발포 물질의 표면의 남아있는 비-경질된 부분은 인쇄하는 단계, 및 고형물의 신장된 부재를 형성하도록 상기 발포 물질을 고형화하는 단계를 포함하고, 압출성 발포 물질이 다이 출구로부터 찬넬을 한정하는 내부 고체 표면을 갖는 성형틀을 통해 안으로 압출되는 상기 부재의 표면의 일부분 위에 고체 표피와 상기 부재의 표면의 다른 일부분에 통합적으로 형성된 장식 증진을 갖는 예정된 프로파일의 고형물의 신장된 부재를 형성하기 위한 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 성형틀은 진공 탱크인 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 고형물의 신장된 부재는 염색되고, 고온 줄무늬에 의해 추가로 제공되는 방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 발포 물질은 폴리비닐클로라이드인 방법.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 발포 물질은 폴리스테렌인 방법.
  18. 발포 플라스틱의 압출된 몸체, 경질화된 외부 표피를 갖는 상기 압출된 몸체의 부분, 및 상기 압출된 몸체와 통합적으로 형성된 장식 패턴을 갖는 상기 압출된 몸체의 부분으로 이루어진 압출된 고형물의 신장된 부재.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 발포 플라스틱은 폴리비닐 클로라이드 수지로 이루어진 압출된 부재.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 발포 플라스틱은 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 압출된 부재.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 부재는 그림을 위한 프레임이고, 상기 꾸밈 패턴은 상기 그림 프레임을 위한 테두리를 제공하는 압출된 부재.
  22. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 부재는 벽 몰딩이고, 상기 몰딩은 다수의 꾸밈 패턴을 갖고, 상기 다수의 꾸밈 패턴은 상기 벽 몰딩의 길이를 가로질러 연장하는 압출된 부재.
  23. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 부재는 상기 부재의 표면 위에 피복제와 고온 스템프 조작을 포함하는 압출된 부재.
