Claims (10)
- α,ω-디알테히드를 물의 존재하에 1차 아민의 반응시킨 다음, 반응 혼합물을 수소화 촉매의 존재하에 과량의 암모니아와 수소로 처리함을 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 α,ω-디알데히드에서, α,ω-디아민의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α,ω-디알데히드를 물의 존재하에 20내지 50℃에서 1차 아민과 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 사용된 α,ω-디알데히드는 6 내지 12탄소원자를 지방족 α,ω-디알데히드인 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 1차 아민은 2내지 6탄소원자를 갖는 1차 지방족 아민인 방법.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, α,ω-디알데히드를 물에 용해도니 1차 아민과 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물중의 1차 아민의 농도는 30 내지 70중량%인 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, α,ω-디알데히드를 물과의 혼합물로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 35 내지 65중량%의 α,ω-디알데히드 및 65 내지 35중량%의 물의 혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, α,ω-디알데히드 및 1차 아민을 1:2 내지 1:3의 몰비로 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물은, 각각의 경우에 있어서, 사용된 디알데히드에 비하여 10 내지 40몰의 NH3및 적어도 화학량론적인 양의 H2로써 30 내지 150℃ 및 1내지 15MPa에서 내수성 니켈 촉매의 존재하에 처리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
