Claims (4)

  1. 일반식 NiL4[여기서, L은 P(OAr)3이고 Ar은 할로겐화아연으로 촉진시킨 탄소수 18개 이하의 치환된 아릴 또는 아릴 그룹이다]로 나타내는 영가 닉켈 리간드-함유 촉매의 존재하에 하이드로 시안화 반응을 수행하고, 하이드로 시안화 반응온도를 약75℃이하로 유지시키고, 반응에 참여하는 기타 화합물에 대한 시안화수소의 양을, 불포화 니트릴에 대한 시안화수소의 총 투입몰비가 약0.35/1 내지 0.8/1, 영가 닉켈 촉매에 대한 시안화수소의 총 투입 몰비가 약10/1 내지 116/1, 촉진제에 대한 시안화수소의 총 투입몰비가 약30/1 내지 800/1이 되도록 조절하고 또한 촉매로서의 영가 닉켈에 대한 총 리간드의 몰비가 약5.4 내지 8.2가 되도록 조절함을 특징으로 하여 비공액 에틸렌계 불포화 유기 니트릴 하이드로 시안화시켜 상응하는 디니트릴을 제조하는 연속 반응법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비공액 에틸렌게 불포화 유기 니트릴 3-펜렌니트릴, 4-펜렌니트릴 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, Ar을 메타-톨릴, 파라-톨릴 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도를 30 내지 65℃로 유지시키는 방법.
