PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE POLIISOCIANATOS QUE CONTIENEN GRUPOS UREA, SOLIDOS, MEDIANTE REACCION DE POLIISOCIANATOS ORGANICOS LIBRES DE GRUPOS UREA CON AGUA. CONSISTE EN EMULSIONAR O SUSPENDER EDN FORMA ESTABLE EL POLIISOCIANATO ORGANICO EN UN EXCESO GRANDE DE AGUA, RESPECTO A LA CANTIDAD DE ISOCIANATO, EDN PRESENCIA DE 0,01 A 5%, REFERIDO A LA FASE ACUOSA, DE UN COLIDE PROTECTOR, DE 0,01 A 3% DE UN EMULSIONANTE, UN AGENTE TENSIOACTIVO NIONICO, NO IONICO O CATIONICO; LA SUSPENSION O EMULSION ASI FORMADA SE AGITA FUERTEMENTE, A LA TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE PARA QUE SE DESARROLLE LA REACCION DEL POLIISOCIANATO CON EL AGUA, EVENTUALMENTE BAJO AGITACION DE UN CATALIZADOR ADECUADO Y DE UNA BASE QUE MANTENGA EL PH EN UN VALOR MAYOR O IGUAL QUE 7.
