Claims (10)

  1. 카르바민산염과 유리암모니아를 포함한 요소 합성용액이 125-350바의 압력과 합성구역에서 이산화탄소와 과잉암모니아로부터 생성되고, 요소 합성용액에 존재하는 카르바민산염 일부가 열공급과 스트리핑가스와의 역류접촉에 의해 합성구역의 압력 또는 그 이하의 압력으로 합성구역에서 분해되고, 과잉암모니아 일부와 스트리핑 가스와 함께 카르바민산염 분해생성물은 스트리핑 구역으로부터 기체 혼합물로 제거되고, 이 기체 혼합물의 일부분은 응축구역에서 응축되고 스트리핑된 요소 합성용액은 요소용액과 고체요소로 되어 요소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 응축구역에서 반응 조건으로 얻을 수 있는 요소의 평형량을 30%생성하고 카르바민산염 및 요소를 포함한 혼합물을 합성구역으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요소 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반적으로 이용되는 반응조건에서 얻을 수 있는 요소의 평형량을 50-80% 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 응축구역에서 응축이 합성압력에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 응축이 스트리핑이 일어나는 압력에서 실시되며, 이 압력은 합성 압력이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에서 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 응축구역에서 완전히 혼합되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에서 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 응축이 침수 응축기에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에서 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 응축이 수평으로 설치된 다관식 열교환기의 측면에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에서 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 응축이 응축구역과 반응구역이 통합된 곳에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 도면과 실시예에 기술된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에서 9항중 어느 하나에 따라 제조된 요소.
