Abstract

Procedeu pentru prepararea ureei din bioxid de carbon si amoniac în exces, conform inventiei, la presiunea, în zona de sinteza, de 125...130 at, când se formeaza carbonat de amoniu si amoniac liber, o parte din carbonat fiind apoi descompus în zona de stripare cu gazul de stripare, produsii de descompunere rezultai, împreuna cu o parte din excesul de amoniac si gaz de stripare fiind îndepartati din zona de stripare sun forma de amestec de gaze, din care apoi o parte este descompus în zona de condensare, iar solutia de sinteza a ureei stripate este prelucrata în solutie de uree solida. în zonele de condensare se obtin cel putin 30% din ureea ce se obtine la echilibru în conditiile de reactie, de preferinta 50....80%, presiunea în zona de condensare si stripare are aceasi valoare ca cea din zona de sinteza , de preferinta 140...142 at, amestecul de reactie fiind complet amestecat în zona de condensare, iar condensarea orizontala scufundata sau în zona cu umplutura a schimbatorului de caldura tubular plasat orizontal.
