제3도는 유기고분자용액에서 수면전개막을 형성방법에 대해 나타내는 개략도로서, [1]은 평면도, [2]는 측면도,
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치에 있어서, 배경부의 색 및 표시부의 색에 대한 CIE 색좌표그래프,
제5도는 컬러필터를 병행하여 설치된 본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치에 있는 표시부의 색에 대한 CIE 색좌표그래프.
Claims (10)
- 적어도 한쪽이 투과성이 전극을 가지는 2개월 기판간에 정의 유전이방성을 갖고, 선광물질을 함유한 네마틱액정의 액정분자가 기판간에서 기판에 수직인 나선축을 갖는 나선상에 배향하고, 그리고 기판간에 액정분자의 비틀림각이 180도 내지 270도로 된 액층을 좁은 공간에서 유지하는 액정표시소자와, 유기고분자의수면전개막의 배향축을 일정한 각도씩 변경시키면서 유기고분자의 수명젼개박을 적층하여 형성하는 위상판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 네마틱액정의 굴절율이방성△n과 두장의 기판간에 좁은 공간에서 유지하는 액정층의 두께 d(μm)의 적(積)이 0.4 내지 1.5μm이 되도록 액정분자를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 컬러필터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 컬러필터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 적어도 한쪽의 투과성이 전극을 가지는 2개월 기판간에 정의 유전이방성을 갖고, 선광물질을 함유한 네마틱 액정의 액정분자가 기판간에서 기판에 수직인 나선축을 갖는 나선상에 배향하고, 그리고 기판간에 액정분자의 비틀림각이 180도 내지270도로 된 액층을 좁은 공간에서 유지하는 액정표시소자와, 유기고분자의 수면전개막의 배향축을 일정한 각도씩 변경시키면서 유기고분자의 수명전개막을 적층하여 형성하는 위상판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 유기용매에 용해된 유기고분자 용액을, 수면상에 전개하며, 용액의 자발전개속도보다 따른 속도로, 필림을 끌어올려서 유기용매를 휘발시켜 용액농도를 높혀서 유기고분자의 고체상막을 형성하고, 막의 배향축을 일정한 각도씩 변경해서 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 위상판의 제조방법.
- 유기고분자용액을 수면상에서 자발전개속도보다 빠른 속도를 갖고 일정한 방향으로 유기구분자막을 끌어올려서 형성한 유기고분자막의 배향축을 일정한 각도씩 변경시켜 적층하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 광학변조막.
- 유기 고분자용액을 수면상에서 자발전계속도보다 빠른 속도를 갖고 일정한 방향으로 유기고분자막을 끌어올려서 형성한 유기고분막의 배향축을 일정한 각도씩 변경시켜 적층하여 형성되는 것을 특지응로 하는 액정표시장치용 위상판.
- 투명기판의 적어도 한면에서, 유기고분자용액을 수면상에서 자발 전개속도보다 빠른 속도를 갖고 일정한 방향으로 유기고분자막을 끌어올려서 형성한 유기고분자막을 배향축을 일정한 각도씩 변경시켜 적층하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 기판.
- 유기고분자용액을 수면상에서 자발전개속도보다 빠른 속도를 갖고 일정한 방향으로 유기고분자막을 끌어올려서 형성한 유기고분자막의 배향축을 일정한 각도씩 변경시켜 적층하여 형성된 위상판으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 기판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
