제1도는 본 발명의 필름의 열접착층끼리를 열밀봉(heat seal)했을 경우 이 밀봉부분을 벗길때에 소요되는 박리력과 필름의 박리길이와의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이고, 제2도는 시료필름의 응력-변형의 곡선의 일예를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 폴리에스테르계 수지로 이루어지는 기재필름의 적어도 편면에 폴리에스테르를 주성분으로하는 조성물로 이루어지는 접착층이 적층된 폴리에스테르계 수지 적층 필름에 있어서, 2매의 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 적층 필름의 접착층끼리를 접착했을때의 밀봉에너지가 300g · ㎝/15㎜이상인것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수지적층필름. 
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착층의 동적 점탄성 측정장치로 측정되는 분자의 열운동 개시 온도가 30~65℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지적층필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접착층이 열접착층으로서 동적 점탄성 측정장치에서 측정되는 분자의 열운동 개시온도가 50℃보다 높은 폴리에스테르 수지(A)와 50℃이하의 폴리에스테르수지(B)로 이루어지고, 그 열접착층의 이 온도가 45~65℃인 것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수직적층필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 적층필름, 또는 기재필름 및 열접착층의 적어도 한쪽의 10%신장시의 응력에 대한 50%신장시의 응력의 비가 1.2이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수직적층필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 열접착층이 적어도 2종 이상의 디카르복실산 잔기를 함유하는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수직 적층필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 열접착층이 적어도 2종 이상의 글리콜잔기를 함유하는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수직적층필름.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 열접착층이 적어도 2종이상의 디카르복실산 잔기를 함유하는 폴리에스테르와 적어도 2종이상의 글리콜잔기를 함유하는 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수직적층필름.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 A가 식(I)에서 표시되는 성분을 적어도 1종이상 함유하고, 폴리에스테르 B가 식(Ⅱ, Ⅲ)에서 표시되는 성분을 각각 적어도 1종이상 함유하는 조성물인 것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수직적층필름.
    (Ⅰ)
    식에서, R1및 R2는 수소 또는 탄소수 1~6의 알킬기, 단 R1 ,R2모두 1수소의 경우를 제외함.
    n 및 m은 1~6의 정수.
    HO-(CH2)ℓ-OH (Ⅱ)
    ℓ은 4~10의 정수.
    HOOC-(CH2)p-COOH (Ⅲ)
    p는 4~20의 정수.
  9. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 열접착층이 입자를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수지적층필름.
  10. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 열 접착층에 평균입자직경이 이 열 접착층의 두께보다도 실질적으로 작은 무기 및/또는 유기 미립자가 0.01~5중량%의 비율로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수직적층필름.
  11. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 무기 및/또는 유기미립자의 주사형 전자 현미경으로 관찰하여 얻어지는 하기식(I)에서 표시되는 외접원에 대한 면적률이 60%이상이고 그 편차도가 25%이하인것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수직적층필름.

  12. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 열 접착층이 윤활제를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지적층필름.
  13. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 열접착층이 적어도 2층 이상이고, 이 열접착층의 최외층의 동적점탄성 측정에 있어서의 분자의 열운동개서 온도가 50℃~80℃인 폴리에스테르 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수지적층필름.
  14. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 기재필름이 단일 폴리에스테르 또는 공중합 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지적층필름.
  15. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 기재 필름이 단일폴리에스테르 또는 공중합폴리에스테르에 다른 단일 폴리에스테르 또는 다른 공중합 폴리에스테르를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지적층필름.
  16. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 공압출 코드법, 인라인 라미네이트법 및 인라인 코드법의 적어도 1종의 방법으로 제조되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수지적층필름.
  17. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지필름에 있어서, 폴리에스테르계 열접착층과 반대면에 증착층 또는 접착제층이 적층되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르계 수지필름.
