Claims (6)

  1. 평균표면조도 Ra 0.005 내지 0.013㎛, 필름-필름의 정마찰계수(㎲) 0.28 이하, 필름-필름 동마찰계수(μd) 0.28 이하 및 50회 반복이동중 최대마찰계수 0.300 이하를 갖는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름과 그 폴리에스테르 필름의 1면에 형성된 자기층으로 구성되고, 상기 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름은 폴리에스테르 100중량부에 대해
    (A) 평균직경 0.1 내지 1.5㎛의 내부 입자 및/또는 평균 직경 0.1 내지 1.0㎛의 불활성 부가 입자 0.001내지 1.0중량부와
    (B) 각각 서로 다른 탄소수 18이상의 고급 지방족 모노카르복시산 혼합물 및/또는 각각 서로 다른 탄소수 18 이상의 그 유도체 혼합물로 구성되고, 탄소원자 34 이상의 고급 지방족 모노카르복시산 및/또는 탄소원자 34 이상의 그 유도체 10중량% 이상을 함유하고, 그리고 융점이 80 내지 200℃인 유기윤활제 0.005 내지 2중량부를 포함하고,
    상기 고급 지방족 모토카르복시산 및 그 유도체가 다음 일반식(1)로 나타내지는 자기 기록 매체:
    상기식에서,
    R1은 10 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화 탄화수소기 또는 아킬기이고,
    R2는 1이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 2 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화탄화수소기이고,
    R3는 수소원자, 1 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 또는 2 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화 탄화수소기이고,
    R4는 수소원자, 금속, 1 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 2 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화 탄화수소기이고,
    R1,R2,R3및 R4에서 탄소원자의 총수는 16 이상이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제가 34 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 고급 지방족 모노카르복시산 및/또는 34이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 그의 유도체 20중량% 이상을 함유하는 자기 기록 매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2축 배향된 폴리에스테르 필름이 다음 관계식(2),(3) 및 (4)를 만족하는 자기 기록 매체:
    상기식에서,
    n은 평균 굴절률을 나타내고,
    △p는 표면 배향도를 나타내며, △n은 복굴절률을 나타낸다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌기로부터 유래되고 상기 2축 배향된 폴리에스테르 필름의 표면 1mm2당 2㎛ 이상의 주축을 갖는 돌기 및 요부쌍의 수 A가 다음 관계식 (5)을 만족하는 자기 기록 매체:
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2축 배향된 폴리에스테르 필름이 폴리에스테르 100 중량부에 대해 평균 직경 0.1 내지 0.6㎛를 갖는 소직경 내부입자 0.1 내지 1.0 중량부와 평균직경 0.4 내지 1.0㎛를 갖는 큰 직경 불활성 부가 입자 0 내지 0.1 중량부를 함유하는 자기 기록매체.
  6. 폴리에스테르 100 중량부에 대하여 평균직경 0.1내지 1.5㎛의 내부 입자 및/또는 평균직경 0.1내지 1.0㎛ 불활성 부가 입자 0.001 내지 1.0 중량부를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 중합체를 폴리에스테르 100 중량부에 대하여 각각 서로 다른 18 이상의 탄소수를 갖는 고급 지방족 모노카르복시산의 혼합물 및/또는 각각 서로 다른 18 이상의 탄소수를 갖는 그 유도체의 혼합물로 구성되고, 34 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 하기 일반식(1)의 고급 지방족 모노카르복시산 및/ 또는 34이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 그의 유도체 10중량 % 이상을 함유하고 80내지 200℃의 융점을 갖는 유기 윤활제 0.005 내지 2중량부와 혼합하고:
    그 혼합물을 250 내지 310℃에서 무정형 필름으로 용융압출하고;
    연신후의 복굴절률이 0.030 내지 0.130으로 되도록 무정형 필름을 75 내지 140℃에서 2.0 내지 0.8배까지 종방향으로 연신시키고;
    그 결과 얻어진 필름을 90 내지 150℃에서 2.0 내지 5.0배까지 횡방향으로 연신시키고;
    이와 같이 2축 연신된 필름을 200 내지 240℃에서 1내지 60초동안 열경화시켜 평균표면조도 Ra 0.005내지 0.013㎛, 필름-필름의 정마찰계수(μs) 0.28이하, 필름-필름의 동마찰계수(μd) 0.28 이하, 및 50회 반복 이동시의 최대마찰계수 0.30 이하인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 얻고;그리고
    상기 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 1면에 자기층을 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 자기기록 매체의 제조방법:
    상기식에서,
    R1은 10 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화 탄화수소기 또는 아킬기이고,
    R2는 1 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 2이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화탄화수소기이고,
    R3는 수소원자, 1 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 또는 2 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화 탄화수소이고,
    R4는 수소원자, 금속, 1 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 2 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화 탄화수소기이고,
    R1,R2,R3및 R4에서 탄소원자의 총수는 16 이상임.
