Abstract
"FILME COMPóSITO METALIZADO ESTIRADO BIAXIALMENTE, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE FILMES COMPóSITOS". A presente invenção refere-se a filmes compósitos metalizados à base de poliéster que têm boas propriedades barreira em relação a gases. Mais precisamente, ela se refere a um filme compósito metalizado estirado biaxialmente, à base de poliéster e que tem propriedades barreira melhoradas em relação a gases, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele envolve um filme de base de poliéster que tem de 5 <109>m até 50 <109>m, revestido sobre uma de suas duas faces por uma camada que envolve álcool polivinílico e um copoliéster hidrodispersível com motivos sulfonilóxi, a camada que envolve o álcool polivinílico e o copoliéster hidrodispersível sendo ela mesma revestida com uma camada metálica, o dito filme compósito apresentando uma permeabilidade a oxigênio medida a 23°C sob 50% de umidade relativa, inferior ou igual a 0,4 cm^ 3^/m^ 2^/24 horas. Os filmes compósitos metalizados da invenção apresentam, além de suas propriedades barreira, uma excelente resistência a agressões mecânicas, tal como especialmente o fato de ficarem amarfanhados.
